Tried to get them to come out and give a quote. Kept rescheduling. I understand people get busy and schedules get hectic but at least communicate that you wont be able to make it instead of just leaving me hanging. Poor communication

We needed a quick solution to our front lawn, which hadnt been well maintained since we moved into our house about 10 months back - upon checking Yelp, Edwin (the business owner) had set his page up to respond quickly - within 20 mins of me entering my query into the system, he responded saying he could come by our house (which is between Katy and Sugarland) the next day in the evening.Through the entire process, Edwin was extremely professional, making calculations based on labor cost, raw materials needed, and sq-footage of my front lawn. Edwin also communicated regularly through text, always replying within minutes. He would also advise the schedule at least the night before so you could schedule your day around the agreed timing.The quote was very reasonable in the end, given the high quality of work provided; Edwin and his crew were available the same weekend and overhauled my entire front lawn in a day (weeding (alot!), placing bricks on the skirting, mowed the grass, pruned the flowers and re-located some plants). He even provided some new flowers, and removed the old bricks as part of the cost. They were also transparent in how much the materials costed (bricks purchased from Home Depot, and the mulch). He was also kind in dispensing advice on what constituted good-quality landscaping.Overall I was very satisfied with the quality of work, attitude of the crew, efficiency, cost-transparency and professionalism. I ended up hiring his company to do the periodic maintenance for us moving forward.Edwin definitely knows whats hes doing, I highly recommend his services.
