From our weekly service, to mulch, we’ve even had them install beautiful cypress trees and help us design a new driveway area. I am now using Fermin Lawn Maintenance services and am so glad. I have admired how good our neighbor’s yard looked and the landscapers that maintained their yard since we moved into our new home about 9 months ago. A few weeks ago I finally walked over and inquired about their services. Oscar met with me and we had our first service with Fermin Lawn Maintenance this week. I can’t tell you how happy we are with their service. The guys that came out to mow our yard, edge around the entire yard, weed eat everything and use a heavy-duty blower to blow all of our leaves out of our front and back yards were incredible! All of the guys that showed up were very professional and cared about their work (i.e.: propping our new wrought iron gate open while they worked and securing the gate once finished which my old landscapers did not care about at all). In addition, you could tell they really cared about how the final product looked and reassessed the front and backyards to confirm that our backyard gate was securely closed after completing the job and to make sure that everything looked good. Oscar is also going out of this way to help me make sure our yard is fertilized and aerated properly for the fall and spring so that our yard looks the best it can possibly look. The difference between our old landscapers vs. Fermin Lawn Maintenance is like the difference between night and day. Oscar and his crew at Fermin lawn are dependable, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and take pride in their work. The previous owner of our home used them so we continued. We have a complicated yard with lots of landscaping and different plants and they always make it look so nice! They might be slightly more expensive than the $20 you pay to have someone mow your lawn, but they are much more knowledgeable and skilled and Will work until the customer is satisfied!

Called this morning about 11 AM Oscar was at the house in 30 minutes. Their team came out the same day and finished service. My yard was in pretty bad shape to start. They came in and cleaned out my raised bed and got rid of a bunch of debris that was building up. No more weeds covering the yard. All of the guys were super friendly and professional. 100% recommend. These guys are awesome!

I was looking for a new yard service. Found Fermin while looking through Google as very good. Called for estimate and Mr. Fermin came out that day gave estimate that I was very pleased with. My yard had winter clean up they did that but did miss a few things there was so much. I called the owner and he and the co owner came out and did the whole yard. They are wonderful and stand by their word.I highly recommend them.

Amazing service!!! I can’t say enough about how great they are. My yard was a jungle, but they came out on short notice and went above and beyond to make sure my yard was show ready. We started working with Fermin Landscaping in 2018 after moving to our new house in Lazybrook/Timbergrove. I have been 100% pleased with their service and professionalism. After moving, there were several crape myrtles in the yard that needed to be pruned (I dont think they hadnt been pruned in years). Fermin was out within a few days, completed the job, and hauled off the waste. The price was reasonable, and the job was amazing. Additionally, Oscar has worked with us not only find a day during the week that would be ideal for the team to do regular maintenance, but also to plan our spring plantings. The team is out weekly, and they do a thorough job (not just blow and go). I highly recommend Fermin Landscaping; they are responsive, they do good work, you can pay online, and their prices are competitive!
