This guy came to South Padre Island Texas and booked a fishing trip with a private fishing guide. Went fishing caught plenty of fish and paid with a check that bounced. A hot check. Dont use this guy he will definitely steal your money.

Missed date due to weather, so that is reasonable....but,Missed multiple commitments to complete service. Mulch in beds was so thin it is bare in spots after a month. Flowers look great to be fair, but they do not meet dates promised and the team will promise one thing and then not show up. At one point the wife/ bookkeeper argued with me that they installed more mulch when my gate was locked and later admitted in fact the mulch was installed on another street. They even got the color wrong and tried to tell me no one uses black mulch like I’m some outlier. The funniest thing is that they aren’t competent enough to pick up their check. It’s been under my door mat for nearly two weeks! If you listen to the tone and of the office voice message it screams we don’t need your business and directs you to a joke of a website.Go to Home Depot and hire some immigrants and get the job done to your satisfaction and a lot quicker.The owner’s reply is so full of excuses it’s sad. Of course the review was accurate and the owners need to paint me as unstable and abusive to discredit the review. In the finalAnalysis the plant quality is good as it should be compared to a retail outlet, but these people are simply incompetent. Hope they can improve instead of simple being defensive and making excuses.

THE WORST. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish there was an option for zero stars. The owner (after several calls) came by for a consultation, he verbally talked up a huge game and told me he would do everything I was asking for and then some. Shame on me for being too trusting and wanting to work with a small local business.The work was horrible from start to finish. His crew was several days late showing up and completed the work in about an hour. He had a teenager out there doing what I thought was going to be designed landscape work, dirt installation, rock design, mowing, weeding, etc. In short, I was charged several thousand dollars for a few plants (many of which died after about 2 weeks despite caring for and watering) and a sprinkling of mulch. Do NOT fall into the sales trap of this company...they pitch the grand idea and the service stops there. Pay more money and go elsewhere- you will be happier. PROMISE!Every person in the community who Ive talked to that used this company has experienced almost the exact same thing- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

When I was living in Houston temporarily I needed a company to take care of the house I was renting. I work all the time so I needed it to be a reputable company that was easy and quick to set up service with, would come regularly and that I could pay every month online. They had several lawn care plans for me to choose from and once I set the service up I never had to hassle with the lawn again. If there were any concerns the owner would email me immediately and their crews were local guys that looked clean, wore uniforms, were very friendly and I felt very comfortable with. I set payment up with them through automatic credit card draft so I could easily track my invoices and what I paid them. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to feel like they have a crew they can communicate with and that they feel safe around in a big city that you are new to, this is the company for you.

The team at Austin Landscaping did a fantastic job on my yard. They came out and bid the job on a weekend and showed up a few days later and now my yard is pristine. I will be hiring them for work in the future

Ive used Austin Landscaping several times. They always did a great job for me. I needed flowers planted quickly for a large family event and they showed up when I asked and the flower beds looked beautiful.I then had plants die in my front beds. They replaced them and recommended a different type of plant that still looks great. They are very personable and have some great ideas.I also, at some point, had been in charge of my daughters Lacrosse teams field. I called upon Austin Landscaping for help in filling holes in the fields and they were out that first weekend! Great service!

I have been a realtor in the Houston area for over 20 years and I have counted on this company to do their magic when I cannot get a home the attention it needs in order to sell which over the years has been many times. They review the property very quickly and give me their best advice how the clients budget should be spent in order to increase the interest and showings. They always know exactly what is needed for different areas and markets and they always stay well within the budget. Often times, immediately after they have done their improvements I see an increase in potential buyer traffic. They always seem to appreciate long time loyal clients over chasing new relationships. I often ask them to go look at properties for advice even when they will not be getting any business from it and they have never seemed annoyed at the trouble even though there is not an immediate payoff for them. I have also used them at my own home several times and their tree work is especially impressive and reasonably priced.

This company has serviced my lawn for as long as I can remember. They have been my only provider since I moved here. The owners, James and Claire and now their son Austin have added on to my landscaping throughout the years as well as serviced my large Oak trees as needed. There employees are always polite and hard working. I like that they wear uniforms so I can recognize them when they come through my yard. They are English speaking and while they dont always know exactly what is going on with a specific problem, I can count on them to mention it to James or Claire and for them to come by and address it who are always very knowledgeable about diseases, insects and such. Twice a year they change out my annuals and I have gotten so many compliments on the different designs over the years. If something goes wrong with any of the flowers they are quick to replace them at no charge. They also keep up with my sprinkler system and make adjustments to it for me as needed.

I have been using them for over 17 years and they do a great job and very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

They did a great job clearing our flower beds, but only communicate through email..and poorly. Weeds came back rather quickly.
