I literally give this place a 0 star. The employees in here are ridiculous. I went to this place to get information about getting cards printed and the rep energy was so sloppy. I literally had to sell their product to myself. I asked the young lady the same questions in a different way and her tone was I don’t want to be here. I then asked Is there anyone else that can help me everyone else started looking around. One young lady intervened but by that time the first rep had her arms folded while I explain to her the problem and a that point my money can be spent elsewhere. Trying to support African American businesses is ridiculous. Get better customer service!!!!

I cannot speak to the quality of the printing service but OH man...😳My visit started off friendly but chaotic. A little bit of a wait but not a problem either.Then I asked to see the quality of the t-shirts they were using. The clerk presented me with a polyester fabric and explained they were out of cotton at that time. She continued with a sales push of the polyester, but I wasnt in the market for polyester and wanted to use a cotton blend. Seeing that I wasnt buying, the assistant walked away from me in the middle of my asking when the cotton would be back in stock?Folks can we please do better at business operations, customer service and just relations in general? Lets at least try to honor our differences. 🖤I cannot give 5 stars as I hoped Id be able to.In response to the owner...Princess Agbawo was the person who was assisting me.

I had both a banner and canvas printed for a graduation party. The turn around time was quick, the quality was excellent and the customer service was amazing. I’m definitely using them again for future projects.

I can not say anything about the quality of the work but if a lot of customer service, that does not exist here, it is the worst. If you dont speak English, they treat you very badly, days ago I went to this place to print some banners, and no one made an attempt to understand me, I was waiting for the person who speaks Spanish for a while who was very kind and gentle but when she asked something she asked. I did not know to answer my questions, the manager answered badly, as if it bothered her that I was there, I do not understand why entrepreneurs leave their businesses in the hands of people who do not know how to treat the public, the managers face was like no I want to be here My recommendation is that they look for trained people to serve the public because that is the most important thing and so they can have a successful business. The bad treatment leaves me with no desire to return and less to recommend them. Unfortunately I cannot give a good rating. I apologize for leaving my opinion in Spanish, clearly this will annoy you but it is important that Spanish speakers know what to expect when going to this place.
