I had a phenomenal experience at this Verizon location today. John T. was extremely helpful, informative, and did everything he could to find deals and promotions that were applicable to my account. He was very pleasant and patient throughout the process of becoming a new Verizon customer; all while, managing multiple customers and assisting other Verizon reps. John gets an A++ and deserves more than 5 stars! Thanks again, John!

Would never use an authorized Verizon retailer ever again! These people just wanted to make a sale and never explained the billing process or fees associated. Never told us we we only get 1/2 credit for a trade-in. Never told a price on any of the accessories. Ill only be going into a real Verizon store from now on even if I have to drive further.

Customer service is the name of the game and Jordan was brilliant. I was switching from Sprint (after 11 years) to Verizon. He explained to me my options thoroughly, and he was patient as we reviewed the plans from many angles. In the end, for me the business plan was a better plan. I could see other employees working with customers and I never saw anyone that was neglected. I had a particularly large order that took several hours to complete, and many of the team had to be involved to quickly get me to work on time. I did see several people come in that were experiencing problems and none of them left the store with a problem. I felt reassured that this Verizon store had quality employees that were well trained, and, that Verizon, in general, was the right choice for me.

I came in because my phone broke, & Donzaile immediately helped me, and solved the issue. He was very professional, courteous, and diligent. He fixed my issue, got me a new phone, set it up, & answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly; having me on my way in no time. Jordan was also a big help and he set up my business account as well. I would highly recommend going here because of them. Ill definitely be back if I ever have any phone issues in the future

Holy snaps! I decided to stop by this Verizon store because I have been curious about updating my iPhone8 (don’t judge) and I am so happy I did! The manager is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met. Took an hour to get in the store literally took two people over me, when me and my wife finally got in he said that the system was down and couldn’t help me. All while everyone else in the store was getting help. He had some newbie donziel help me who pretended that the system went down. They didn’t want to help me and my wife because she had an out of state ID thinking we were fraud. The store is disgusting they do not clean smelled like fish. I will be speaking with the district manager about this.The manager of the store needs to be fired point blank too many bad reviews!

The manger James should be fired immediately! He has bunch of new employees dont know what do and he act like he knows it all. He played a game on me and made wait almost an hour and then told me he cant help me!! I end up loosing my flight and going to another verizon store where only took them 15 minutes and got all my requests done professionally. I told him I have a flight to catch and he kept me wishful that he will be done shortly as a part of his game and personal ego! I spoke with my lawyer and working on law suit ....

They refused to give me a phone I purchased online for curbside pick up saying it was marked for in store purchase. I paid $618 online, now my money is tied up for 3-5 business days because the young man canceled the order saying I didn’t pick it up. I’ve been on the phone with Verizon for almost an hour while they try to find out why he did this.

HORRIBLE. This is no longer a corporate store and they played games. I wanted to purchase a new Iphone and they upcharged the price listed on the Verizon website and Apple website by over $100. Even though the company has a Best Price Guaranteed all over their website and emails. When I argued that wasnt the price listed, they did not make it right. Then I found out they tacked on an additional $30 charge for a Redux Single Line Membership which was not explained to me, but found out later is a protection plan only through this store, even though the employee knew I had protection already through corporate Verizon. I sent an email to Victra corporate but no response so far. There is a corporate Verizon store on Bellaire Blvd and you would be better off going there instead.

October 14,2020- Had to come back to the store because my volume kept going in and out on my calls. Once again,Donzaile, Matthew and James (Mgr.) were such a big help. They didnt have any problems switching out my phone. Very professional and know their products. Hope we dont have to go back in for any problems but I know they will be responsive and very helpful, if we do have to.Yes, we went into the store twice within a week and Donzaile was such a big help with his knowledge and very professional. This location is our first come to and the best, from managers to salesperson. Donzaile was very patience especially with my son asking alot of questions about the phones and apps.

It was Friday round 6 oclock, went in to get a pair of wireless earbuds. I was met at the door and asked if I needed any help. Staff was courteous and helpful. I added a few items to purchase that werent on my list and in minutes I was back on the road. I have used this Verizon store many times over the years.. Staffing may change here but it has consistently been a good store to go to shop.

We went in September to get the IPhone 11 Pro because they were doing a promotion that would give us 500 dollars off if we trade in our old phone, and another 200 if we kept our same number. It has been almost 6 months and we are paying full price on it because they messed up. They checked our phone and told us it was eligible for trade in. We sent it in and a month later we were told it was damaged. So they kept our old phone and denied us the 500 dollars. Another month later, we were told we would not be getting the 200 off, but this time they could not explain why.We were told to email the owner, yet another month passed and we still have not heard anything. I am still paying full price on this phone. The employee who helped us was named Tony. This location is not worth the trouble. If you want to avoid a 6 month conflict, choose another store.

If you go into this store and Marcus is working and tries to assist you, ask for a different representative! Ive been in several times and he is beyond rude, refuses to even look at a phone to see what the issue is and immediately ops to ordering a refurbished phone. To be honest, Id be surprised if he openly tried to assist you, he acted like I was a burden coming in with phone issues. Absolutely poor customer service. Because of that one employee, I refuse to go back into this store and will never buy insurance through Verizon just to avoid dealing with their employees. Apple and Apple Care now have my business.

Always top-notch & friendly staff. The best thing lately: setting me up with a HUM device. ---???--- like that well known GM built-in, but it works on any make of vehicle by clipping on the visor. The rate is reasonable & you dont *have* to have full Verizon service to use the HUM.

I went in because Verizon was offering a promotion where if we trade our phone in, we will get 500$ off the iPhone 11 Pro, plus an additional 200$ off if I keep my same phone number when I join. TONY SYNGHAM reviewed my trade in phone and gave us the ok to proceed with sending it in, while he ordered our phone to be mailed to us.Not only did TONY SYNGHAM send the new phone to Wesleco TX, we had to pay for it to be shipped to Houston. A week later, we got a notice informing us that the phone we sent in was not eligible for the 500$ off, even though TONY reviewed it, and approved it. Because of this, we only got 70$ off, without being able to get my old phone back.If you think I’m done, I’m not. We got a SECOND notice telling us we won’t get the 200$ off either, and nobody at the store could explain why. We visited on 4 separate occasions over the course of 3 months, and each time we left with a new and colorful problem. Today, I am stuck paying full price on a new phone that I only got because of the promotions that this store had no idea how to execute.PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU, TAKE THE EXTRA SEVEN MINUTE DRIVE AND GO TO THE LOCATION ON KIRBY NEAR RICE VILLAGE. THEY ARE COMPETENT. My sister went in to get her contacts moved to a new phone (we tried everything else before having to come into the store). Nichole helped but was incredibly rude. She wouldnt just move the contacts over and kept telling her she had to do the other steps (which we already tried).It was only AFTER she finished moving the contacts that my sister said she also wanted to buy a case, and Nichole said (and this is a DIRECT QUOTE): Oh. If I knew you were going to buy something, I would have been nicer to you.I hope this helps you and you stay away from Nichole while visiting this store or just avoid this store completely. After a hellish experience (as usual when dealing with phone or cable providers it seems) trying to get my phone activated and up and running, I was in and out of this store in under 10 minutes.This was the second store I visited and about the 5th person over all that I talked to and thank God she was able to get me sorted asap. I think her name was Alex. I was immediately helped and she was able to immediately identify and fix the problem after I had been getting the run around for 3 days. Thank you!
