My first time doing a hypnosis treatment. Was having problems with my eating habits and handling stress and needed to try something different. Was glad I did! It was a comfortable experience and Sharon is a really good hypnotist. Her voice is soothing and encouraging and her technique seems really good. I started to see a difference in my mindset and how I look at food. I started losing weight the first week and am continuing to do so. Sharon gives you great resources to take home and use after your sessions are over and she offers help after your treatment is completed if needed. I highly recommend her!
