Ill try to make this short. I went there to get my hair done. My appointment was scheduled at 3:00 bc the owner named Coco had class. I purchased 470 something dollars on hair, I don’t remember the exact number. Plus I paid 130 to get a sew-in. The sew-ins original price was 160 but I braided my own hair due to the fact she said it would take all day to braid it. So I get in the chair and begin to talk to my stylist. And come to find out the class that she was in was a weaving and braiding class. But your weaving my hair right now🤦🏾‍♀️?? So I let that slide because I was already in the chair. Mind you I have gotten a sew-in plenty of times. So I noticed she wasn’t putting my closure on right. She took it off and redid it again the whole time I noticed my hair was really loose so she went ahead and finished. Knowing I had to go out of town I was in a rush. She finished my hair I got in the car and noticed that the closure was missing a lot of hair from the edges so I called her back and told her, I also sent her photos. She was really nice about it she gave me another closure but due to the fact that my sew-in was so loose, I had to go somewhere else and pay $130 again the following week to get my hair redone. She was really nice she did bleach my closure for me to go somewhere else so I just left it alone. But what killed the cat was once I got my hair done by my original stylist I wore the hair for one week and noticed it’s shedding everywhere, really bad!!. I got very disappointed because I spent all this money and I can not use the hair again. So now before my next sew-in I need to buy more hair. I always try to support black owned businesses but that was a lot of money for me to waste. I really hate I went there even though the place was really nice. She have it really upscale in there. That’s why I thought I was getting my hair professionally done. Although the lady had a great spirit and was very sweet but at the end of the day it’s all about quality.

Hands down one of the prettiest salons Ive seen, and the stylist makes it so welcoming. I got my hair dyed and had a great time throughoutthe whole process. I would definitely recommend if you want an amazing experience with great quality while getting your hair done. Im just stating my hair journey and cant wait to go back and try something new with her.

Ms. Gaynell was the best!!! She kept me laughing and made sure she accommodated to my needs. She took special care of my hair and it looks healthy as ever. I’m glad she could revive it. I would definitely return and recommend for a a nice treatment. The place was also spotless! Thank you 💙🥂

I have been buying this brand of hair for 3 years now so I was beyond overjoyed when I found out that a brick and mortar location opened roughly 25 minutes from my home. This hair is truly amazing and is the ONLY brand I purchase now. The hair is soft, holds well with washing and styling and normally lasts a year, if not longer. I have been shopping with this company for many years and never had any issues. I love it. The hair is soft, long lasting and durable with many washes and coloring. I normally can keep bundles for a year or more, depending upon wear. Im always so happy with this hair and refuse to purchase anywhere else. I know what I like and this is it! Im glad I can now shop in person and get that same day service. 👌🏽👍🏽
