Shop around before going to this place. There are other places that do the same thing but offer better systems and dont nickel and dime you. I asked for the best and they gave me the best they had on hand (not what they could order). When the color didnt match they offered to color my eyebrows and facial hair. I felt like I was being rushed.

I’ve an out of state client and I’ve gotten several keratin treatments on my hair here. I actually won’t let anybody else do my hair. I don’t mind the distance because I leave with my hair always feeling beautiful and healthy. They take their time and really know what they’re doing. I love everybody who works here. Everybody is SO nice and helpful. It’s always a pleasure to see them again.

Amazing is the first word that comes to mind...Kristen and the staff at Ricky Knowles are some of the most genuine, kind and caring people Ive ever met. The championed for my son who has alopecia and got him a wig, which changed his life...they joy that they have brought my son is priceless and I am forever indebted to them for all they have done for my son. Rooms are private, large and spotless. Staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile in making my service pleasant. Have been going to RKHW for over 7 years and consider them the best in the business. The quality of their hair systems are superior. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Got fitted for some compression tights by Kristen. It was such a great experience! Her and Wendy were both so nice and helpful. The product was a bit more expensive purchasing here but absolutely WORTH it to know my correct sizing and get a helpful and professional opinion. I will come back!

I purchased two wigs there a while back and I was so impressed with their patience and caring that it brings tears to my eyes every time I remember. They offer quite a range of prices but even at the lower end the quality is good. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair when I wear either wig. In my opinion this is THE place to go for a hair piece.

Ricky and his staff are absolutely incredible. I have been going to Ricky Knowles Hair and Wellness for about 5 or 6 months now and havent had anything but amazing experiences. I was a little...embarrassed...going in the first time. But the entire staff welcomed me and make sure I was comfortable. That warm welcome has continued at every single visit. I have been seen by Ricky as well as the other two stylists, Anna and Karen, and all three are fantastic. After my first visit I messed up my hair (its not difficult to manage but Im stubborn and didnt listen to Rickys instruction) but Ricky was nice enough to bring me back in the next day to fix me up. Kristen gave me her cell phone number and told me if I had any issues to call or text her so she can get with Ricky to tell me how to fix it.These are truly amazing people who have a genuine passion for what they do. That passion shows through their work as well as the warm, welcoming atmosphere theyve created. I cant speak highly enough of Ricky, Kristen or their team, and I can guarantee you wont find a better place for your hair replacement needs.
