Do not recommend... fancy is a fraud. Salon is trifling. Took my money after I paid 4 weeks in advance decided I didn’t want to work there after I saw the conditions of the salon! I moved from St. Louis to work in the salon after coming on my first day the room was filty stuff still in the stations room dirty chair and dryer was broken . Awful! When asked for a Reimbursement if the 4 weeks she didn’t hesitate to say no refunds Please don’t waiste your time with her. You’re basically furnishing her lifestyle and have to warm your food up next to a trash can. While she’s living lavish. Then false advertising posting suites that’s not even in that area.

Lakell did an awsome job on my breads. I usually dont let anyone do my breads but my daughter. My daughter referred me to her and I am overly happy. Thank you Lakell I will be back. Yall check her out you wont be disappointed!!❤👍😁 btw if I could give 10 stars I would

I only purchased hair from this salon and I had a wonderful experience! The staff was very nice and super professional. The owner even took time out to greet me and have a small conversation. Mario was awesome as well! The hair is great quality and lasted through a few bleaching processes. I also purchased a frontal that I had to wait a few weeks for but it was worth it. I highly recommend this salon.

I heard about this salon from 2 of my co workers. I came in on the day of my appointment and brought 3 bundles of hair and a silk base closure. Fancy was my stylist name. When she finish and turn me around to that mirror I was Blown Away! My hair was Flawless. It was exactly what I asked for and the hair was so.. soft and bounce. #1 Salon

I went here a few weeks ago and ABSOLUTELY loved my hair. I have never gotten my hair done at a place that I loved so much. She is amazing at what she does. The salon itself is so fun you will be laughing from beginning to end. I am still in love with my hair and will definitely be going back because I am so interested in one her beautiful bobs. Very nice salon. The staff is great. Especially the owner Francine. She took very good care of me. She listen to what I wanted done to my hair. She is very accommodating. I had a very busy work day and got off late. She rescheduled my appointment for that day. I recommend her to all of my coworkers, friends and family members. She is an awesome hair dresser.

Been going to Miss Fancy for 2 years now! An this lady has talent when it comes to cutting an styling your hair! She gives me exactly what I ask for an more ! I get so many compliments on my hair ! I told her the first time she did my hair we are officially married to death due us part !

This salon is awesome! They are so professional and made me feel like my money was well spent. I love the fact that they offer their own virgin hair Fancy Hair because I sure felt fancy after my install! Great atmosphere and great stylists. Horrible experience. After a week my tracks were loose . I took my hair down FANCY put big sloppy braids through out my hair not only was my install lumpy but she also cut my tracks (FANCY THE OWNER) . When doing my hair she was very rough and yanked my head throughout the whole install. I paid 235 smh a waist of money .

I love coming to lavish looks. This is the go to salon in Houston. The owner Fancy is very courteous and nice she gave me exactly what I wanted with my hair. I absolutely love my hair and recommend this place to anyone.

I booked with Fancy got to the shop and Fancy tried to throw me off on one of her workers after I made the app to book with her she came back later did the quickest sewin/braids/curls within a hour you mite think thats good until the next week when all your tracks are coming down I was told it was 150 got there and it was 200 for my sewin to be coming down within a week she was super nice but paying 200 nicest doesnt mean anything wouldnt recommend them !!!!!

I called earlier in the afternoon to see what time they closed and they told me 7pm. I get there at exactly 6:21pm and they were CLOSED!!!!! They sale hair and I was coming there to purchase & this place is literally 45 min away from me so I was not happy. Im not the type to constantly complain and if they only did hair and were by appointment only I would understand. BUT they sale hair and do nails so they have no reason to be closing before scheduled time; it is unprofessional. I hate having my time wasted, I will go spend my $300 somewhere else.

Purchased three bundles for the special. I realized after I got home that I didnt receive any hair back after install and I always get hair back with three bundles especially considering my hair didnt even feel full. BE SURE TO ASK FOR YOUR BUNDLES BEFORE and watch if they put the indeed amount in your hair! VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES

If negative were an option thats what theyd get! Owner/my stylist was 3... COUNT THEM... THREE HOURS LATE! No hot water! Then when she finally arrived to finish after someone else started my service, she rushed the entire time attempting to curl hair that was still damp. She poked me in the scalp several times not paying attention and trying to do things totally not related to me or my service. I now have a scab on my scalp.Additionally, I have the pleasure of paying someone else to layer my hair properly cleaning up the fishtails and uneven cut she gave me.Did I mebtyin that she asked me to come purchase my hair at least 24 hours ahead of time? I purchased on a Thursday for a Saturday appointment. I requested highlights but instead she RUSHED the highlight job! Scratch that, she had someone else ATTEMPT to highlight but instead they just colored everything the same color.Ive NEVER HAD A MORE DISHEARTENING, HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!! DONT GO HERE!!

I had a great experience at Lavish Looks. I initially found them on instagram and made a decision to give them a try after I had some horrible experiences with instagram famous hairstylist that dont care about there customer. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and everything was clean. My stylist Ra was so nice and had great customer service. Im very big on customer service wherever I go , the owner and everyone else was so nice they all spoke and it was a peaceful experience. I usually hate going to salons because of my bad experiences but I can tell they take their consumer seriously here at Lavish. Ra asked me exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my curls to look and made sure it was done properly. She gave me the best closure sewin I ever had and Ive had plenty. Shes patient and knows what shes doing. I had no idea how my experience was going to be when I first booked but Im extremely pleased. Ra is now my go to and permanent hairstylist I wont go anywhere else. I have a lot of hair and she managed to get my closure so flat its crazy. My bf loves it and I do too. Not sure if what people experienced in the past , but you can tell everyone in that salon has stepped their game up. They won themselves a loyal customer. Please ask for Ra when booking , very knowledgeable, talented and funny!

Very unprofessional place Rachet Hood Rat and Ghetto. Your hair will fall out and you will not have any edges when you finish at this place. The Owner is very combative. And I did not see a License for any of the workers. Please find a better place to get your hair done this place is a nightmare.

I made an appointment over the phone Friday June 1, 2017. I told the receptionists my desired hair style and that I will purchase the hair from their salon. I believe the hair is called Fancy Hair. On Saturday June 2, 2017 I received a phone call around 9:50 am from the receptionist confirming my 11:30am appointment and to notify me that their card machine is not working so they are only accepting cash. He also confirmed the hair style that I wanted. I live in Pearland, so I left at 10am so I could have time to stop by the bank. I could only withdraw a certain amount of money from the ATM so I had to speak to a teller to withdraw my desired amount. I called the hair salon to inform them I was at a bank near the salon and should be there shortly. The receptionist said thats ok, Fancy is running behind. I get their at 11:35am. I walk up to the receptionist and tell him who I am. He proceeds to ask how Im getting my hair done. I told him a full sew in. He asks if I brought my own hair? I said no, I am purchasing the hair from the salon. He then says, let me see if we have any hair. Im thinking to myself what the hell do you mean? I over hear the receptionist speaking to someone out of my view and they inform him new shipments of hair will not be in until Monday. I must have blacked out because I was unsually calm, and even rescheduled my appointment. I spoke to the receptionist TWICE before I arrived to the salon, I told the receptionist I would purchase the hair from their salon when I first made my appointment, but I was NEVER told the salon was out of hair. I drove all the way from Pearland to get my hair done. I will never do it again. I refuse to give a dime of my hard earned money to an unprofessional establishment. If I could give no stars I would.

Worked there for a couple monthes the owner is verry immature, nothing is clean they dont disenfect, or wash towels once they are dirty they reuse them on clients, and her method of takeing care of ur hair while its sew-in is non existent, ull have no edges after

Terrible! If I could give no stars I would. Found the place on Craigslist Called a young lady named TASHA around 9am and scheduled an appointment for 330pm that same day. I arrived for the appt about 10minutes early. I ask for Tasha she said she will be with u. 5mins go by 15 mins etc. Come to find out TASHA was the woman I talked to sitting getting her nails done and she and another stylist Sat there looking at me but never said a word. Why get ur nails done when u know u have an appointment scheduled?even as I walked out she said nothingDEFINITION OF RATCHET!

Style was ok and staff was professional but one she was not on time and rescheduled an hour and half before the appointment time for an hour and a half later time slot. Still was late to that said time and then the price was $50 more because I asked for specifically.
