Hair extensions quality horrible, thinned out so bad after one month, contacted her to see what my options were and was no help paid 800$ a waste. Never again don’t get extensions from her

She’s really down to earth, pays attention to detail, & has an amazing blending technique. She will NOT fry/over process your hair! I trust Stephanie with my hair, she never lets me down! She will give you realistic expectations & you can tell she cares about your hair. Sessions are one on one. Her attention is completely focused on you & your hair. Every time she works on my hair I get lots of compliments both from women and men. Stephanie’s salon also carries after care products to support the health & toning of your hair. Cut, styling & color she’s your go to girl!

TERRIBLE AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. ZERO STARS. My appointments were canceled by Stephanie abruptly, without given notice TWICE in a 2-week span. On the first occasion, I had booked a service for dimensional balayage on hair that had virtually no color on it as my hair had grown out from a previous service months ago. Stephanie wanted to charge me for a color correction $500, the most expensive option on her list. Then, she required a $100 non-refundable deposit; although, I must mention that this fee is not consistent with all customers as I was informed by another customer who was also waiting for stephanie to show up but was also given absolutely no notice, that she was only required to pay a $10 deposit for her coloring and extensions. First off, what a DRASTIC difference, from $100 to $10.Fast forward...after reserving my first appointment, I was on my way there as I live 40 min away, when 20 minutes right before, stephanie texts me to tell me she has to cancel it. This was a bright, beautiful and sunny Saturday, mind you. I had canceled my Saturday plans with my family out of town to make it for this appointment, which she states will take 8 hours. So if she had told me 2 hours before, I would have been able to salvage our weekend trip. But ok, I get it, things happen. I already had a bad feeling since other yelp reviewers had mentioned their appointments were canceled in the same manner, but I wanted to give her a chance. She said she had a couple openings during the week, which I was not available for as I, too, have a schedule and am not readily free whenever she is. So we rescheduled to today, a week and a half later.I show up for our appointment at 12, a few minutes late since I had to take some detours due to the rain, and Im waiting outside her studio when she texts me telling me that shes in COLLEGE STATION. Sitting there, outraged, I am thinking how in the world can you own and manage a business and be this UNPROFESSIONAL to your clients. CLEARLY, she does not care about her business or customer retention. It is out of common courtesy to inform your customers WELL IN ADVANCE if you will not be able to make the appointment. Id say a reasonable 1-2 hours prior, is that really too much to ask? I was given no notice, but to drive all the way there from the other side of town, through the pouring rain, wasting valuable time, gas, and toll expenditures to be told she was 3+ hours away and wouldnt be there until 5pm?!?! And out of everything, she had the decency to say that this doesnt normally happen; yet, the reviews state otherwise.As I was waiting outside for her delayed responses, I met another first-time client who had been waiting for an hour along with me. I told her about the situation and she mentioned that Stephanie had also just texted her saying she was in Austin but had no other formal updates since. Again, how can you expect to run a professional business and not prepare to be there on time to service your clients? Like I said, I understand things happen and unforeseen circumstances arise, but she was in Austin, a 3+ hour drive away. Either prepare to leave early or if you cant make it there on time, let your customers know well ahead of time so they dont show up, waiting outside a locked studio in the rain. Honestly, we both wouldnt have known she wasnt going to show up if I hadnt texted her when I got there. How UNPROFESSIONAL. Save your valuable time and book an appointment with someone else. Seriously, after 2 canceled appointments with no notice, she is NOT WORTH the time, money and disappointment. We both admitted that we should have listened to the reviewers who can also attest to her unprofessionalism. RUN DONT WALK.

I must say, I totally recommend her. She is the best and only hairdresser ever for me. She is kind fair and just loves what she does you can tell by the time she takes and patience to listen to what you want and she will always give her best. The results of her work will say it all. I asure you will end up going back to her. Her salon vibes are so peaceful she will always dedicate her time with you. I have been before going to her to other salons where they want to work on more then three people at a time. Not her! she will dedicate her time to you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

I was very nervous switching up stylist because I had been with the same one for years but I left Extremely satisfied with my hair. You can really tell she loves what she does and it truly shows in her work. I will not be going to anyone else. Not only was she super sweet but she took her time to make sure she gave me exactly what I was looking for, excelled my expectations. 5 stars really isn’t enough
