Don’t waste your time, take your money to a business that wants it.Called on a Monday to get an estimate, the woman took my information said an estimator would be calling me to set up a time. No call.Called back the following week. She didn’t have my information from last week, left contact info again and they promised to have an estimator call. He called that day, we set up a time for the next day, and I texted my info. Next day came and went, no show, no call, no text. Just ghosted.What an embarrassment. If you want a company that treats a customer like they matter, steer clear!

I used RayTex for my new gutter install. The new gutters came with a warranty. I contacted the company via email and phone prior to the warranty period expiring. I wanted them to come take a look at some concerns prior to the warranty expiring. I never received a call back nor did I ever receive an email response. It’s clear that these people did not want to honor their warranty.

This is the 3rd time I have used this company and the $$$$ and work are always on point. Wait times are short and the instillation is always clean, fast and top notch.no down payment required with a 90 plus day invoice to wait for installations. First time I used them I called on a Wednesday, they came out that Sunday for measurements, called me Monday with quote and they installed 2 days later and only took 4 hrs. to install.fast, friendly and great $$$$$ask for Juan V. or Bernardo
