WOW fast service!!! Our dog broke a front window of our house going after a squirrel. Fixed in less than 2 hours of us calling. Incredibly grateful on this Memorial Day weekend that they were available to help!!

I received the estimate promptly and my questions were answered in a timely manner. The invoice came as promised, but no one would respond to email or the voicemails I left when it came time for me to agree and provide my payment information. I am now without the glass I needed for the holiday. I would not recommend.

I came home to find my sliding patio door glass shattered everywhere. The installers cleaned up all the broken glass and had me fixed up fast for which Im grateful. They were able to adjust the fame so that it rolled more smoothly too. Thanks

I was very pleased with their attention to detail and their quick turnaround time I was able to get a quote via email after I submitted the dimensions and sent in some pictures as the table I needed the glass was custom cut due to the curves. Once they gave me a quote, I was able to get them scheduled and they gave me a courtesy call first to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, they were true professionals and took a paper drawing from the table to get a perfect fit. I got my table top within hours from their initial visit. I am a happy customer and will use them again if I need to. Highly recommend them!

Had to have a broken window glas replaced. Service over the phone was very good. Two workers (Terry and Kenny) came out to repair the window. They were very prompt and efficient in completing the job in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

My store was burglarized and I needed to get the door repaired quickly. These guys were open on time as stated on the website. Communicated quickly and best of all had my door repaired while the police were still taking the report. Now just waiting for a quote to repair 2 showcases that were damaged by the burglars. great service at a great price.

I hired the to replace the broken glass in my patio French door and could not be happier. I called several other companies and received quotations and availability dates to do that job that were far and wide. AM-PM Glass not only were they the cheapest by more than $100, they were the only ones to provide me with a bona fide quotation on the phone and were the first available to do the job. They arrived on time, said they would be done in 30 minutes and literally were done in 30 minutes, and stuck to the price I was quoted. I could not be happier, would recommend them to anyone, and will use them again in the future.

Chris if you are reading this just know that it is wrong for you to tell a customer you would call and you dont call back even after I sent several SMS and also an email to you. It is also wrong for you to given me the impression that you are interested in my job when in fact you dont want to and its okay . All you needed was to be bold enough and say no, you dont want to do the job I was bringing to you. What is wrong and unprofessional is for you to waste my time asking me to send pictures and that you will call me right back etc and then not take my calls and only take my call when I call with another number. Chris THATS UNPROFESSIONAL. You have not done well and that really shows you dont appreciate your customers, you were the one that originally installed this glass door and now this?

They are awesome people, I called around cause some busted out glass door but they had a 2 or 3 day turn around and cost close to $1,000 but not them fair price done quickly and professional. Great experience thank you!!!

Do not trust this company to show up or communicate professionally. I called the number on Google and requested an estimate for same day service. The tech came to my home to give an estimate on fixing a 12×12 single pane window. Stated he needed a special tool at the office. I explained I was moving out that day and needed the window fixed no later than the next day. He assured me he was returning either that evening or first thing in the morning. I agreed to the amount and waited at the home for him to return. The technician never returned. I called him the next morning and he stated he would call me rigjt back because he was completing a job. I waited, sent a text and never heard back from him. If he couldnt complete the job, he should have communicated that to me the day before. My walkthrough was done with the window still broken and part of my security deposit was forfeited because of this.

I’m happy with their service. I brought them the frame for my dresser mirror that broke and they cut me a new one while I waited. It took about 20 minutes but it went fast because the business owner had a classic muscle car I drooled over while he replaced the mirror.

Fast, courteous and excellent work. We had a retail store break in and they were very expedient in their service and great about recommending companies who could help w other aspects of the fix up.

We contacted 5 companies and AM PM gave us the best quote. They finished on time and came out late on a Friday for measurements to get the job started ASAP. We were very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

Unreliable. Used these guys for some windows in the past and they went missing, with no explanation. Stopped answering calls, claimed there were other broken windows and when asked to send pics, so we could cost and replace them, they stopped answer calls and texts.Gave them another chance this morning and spent about an hour on their intake process, for a last minute mirror order. They went missing again and finally said they wouldnt do business with my client.Unprofessional, petty, and unreliable.Not recommended for your business, folks.

I found this company on Google...reviews were good so I went for it! They fix my double pane window in no time...wereas a couple other places told me it could take about 2 weeks. They did a great, clean and professional job! Using them for future repairs!

I called them for an emergency window repair. Their repair guy said he was eating dinner and that we should call someone else. I called back and never got a response from anyone. I will not be calling them for anything again.

My window was broken by neighborhood kids hitting a hard ball. I panicked because it was wintertime and didnt know who to call. Because this glass was the original when the house was built.I searched online and found AM-PM Glass & Mirrors with that particular glass thickness to replace my window. I called AM PM Glass and Mirror in regards to installing a frameless shower in my master bath. I provided them with my measurements, took pictures and they provided a quick quote over the phone. An AM PM Glass and Mirror installer came out the next day to take exact measurements. Within the week my frameless shower was complete and I could not be happier. The installer punctual and professional would definitely use them again for any mirror or glass replacement.

Waste of my time. I drove to the house to pick up the glass only to find the glass wasn’t ready at all. Then the man shattered the glass while cutting it, and told me to reschedule another pick up date. Now they just doesn’t respond to my msgs. Waste of my time. Extremely unprofessional!!!

First of all I dont ever leace reviews but just had to for this company. They are the most reasonable and reliable place in Houston. I called several different locations and the quoted the best price. I took my measurements and wasnt exactly sure how to use a tape measure. I showed him how I took my measurements and he cut it exactly perfect to the dimensions I had taken. I was using them to refurbish some nightstands and they came out ababsolutely perfect and now Im doing some dressers and came back to them to get more mirrors cut. If youre getting glass or mirrors cut sane yourself some time of shopping around just call them.

My guy Jose had a meeting today 10/12/18 at 2:00 PM with Chris and no one ever called or showed up? We left messages at the office with no return calls. I don’t appreciate someone wasting my time and money. I guess they don’t need more business so we already called another contractor.
