Nations Waste occasionally misses dumpster pickups. I notified them that the dump was not made. Despite calling them several times they did not send out a truck to service me. I had to remove the entire contents of the dumpster myself as it was overflowing. One week later they sent a truck out and the driver told me the truck was out of service last week. I told him I had to remove all the contents and no dump was made. I called over one dozen times requesting a credit for my bill. No one ever called. Finally, Javier responded back by email and offered me a very small fraction of my bill bill back. I get two dumps a month and that month I only got one. I emailed him back and told him that was unexceptable and that I deserved 1/2 my bill back. Javier never responded to my email. I mailed notices and letters in with my payment without response from the company. I would not recommend them to other businesses. I understand mechanical problems but who should have to pay for services not rendered and a company needs to do the right thing.

Javier is our POC and is always there to take care of our needs. They are good at getting our dumpsters picked up usually faster than they say it will be. We are happy with the service we get company wide and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Service not reliable we had our trash scheduled to pick up every Monday. When they not even show up on Thursday I called them to ask for refund for this week they refused to.

This company is extremely reliable especially for last minute requests, which happens OFTEN for our special projects. Javier is our POC and we absolutely love his flexibility and professionalism. No matter what our needs are, Javier makes things happen for us even via text message - how much more can we love this guy?!?!? A million thanks to this company and the team cause we know working with our office can be a bit demanding and crazy!!

Love Nation Waste! So happy they have the city contract. Makes our event-life much easier. Also, was the only company to get hand washing stations to the GRB during Hurricane Harvey for the medical team!

GOOD LUCK reaching anyone who can help you! Virginia Sanchez says shes the top person you can speak with and shes NO HELP, she is rude though. Youll have to search the internet to try and find someone of authority to help you. The only person youll find is the CEO of the company. No contact information though. We have been with them since 2009, THIS YEAR SOMETHING HAS CHANGED! Service has been horrible. Come to find out we arent the only pick ups theyre missing! Try NEXUS, they are actually picking up, providing friendly customer service AND theyre quite a bit cheaper! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT THE COMPANY THEY WERE WHEN WE SIGNED OUR CONTRACT WITH THEM, HAD THEY BEEN WE NEVER WOULD HAVE DONE SERVICE WITH THEM!

I have been a client of nation waste for over 7 years without too many issues other then missed pickups (truck broken down, people sick, ect...) which is understandable. However, once I no longer required their service, I was informed that I was under a automatic renewal program and I would have to wait until the contract ended. Understandable... I notified the company and paid my invoices for the next 8 months as well as immediately sent a certified letter informing them to cancel the contract 8 months in advance. Only to be told thay did not receive the letter and without proof it was sent, they renewed the contract again. They are threatening me with a 380 service cancellation fee and will not pick up their dumpster.I thought this was a stand-up company, but think otherwise now. Complaint registered with the BBB and now am force to have my attorney get involved. This company is not worth the trouble and shows why it is better to go with one of the big boys.Beware of dealing with this company!

Extremely unprofessional service. Had them service our location for 7 months, and at the beginning I informed them that I had a furniture company and that we would regularly be dumping wood. In 7 months not once were we emailed or called to inform us of any weight issue(s). They retrieved the dumpster without attempting to get down and informing our office.
