I accidentally bought limestone that was made for indoor for my terrace. So the texture was shiny and would be slippery when wet. I almost had the tile guys undo their work and would have had to buy new tiles and pay additional labor. Lorenzo saved me a lot of time and money. He was able to use his instruments and created a honed texture which was compatible for outdoors.

Lorenzo and his crew did a great job removing the scratches movers left on our slate bathroom floors. The surface is uneven and I thought we may end up having to replace but Total Finish Floors had them looking new on short notice while we were against the clock trying to close on our sale. I’ve lived in my home ~8 years coming into floors that had areas with holes and caked on stains. Having never had travertine floors, I thought this was expected with time. They now look pristine, no rough caked on “matter.” Only smooth, shiny, beautiful and uniquely travertine coloring! The icing on the cake…the company and craftsman are professional, polite, and outstandingly dedicated to their work. I could hug and kiss the two men who backbreakingly spent 5 days on their hands and knees to reveal natural beauty in my floors. Thank you, thank you! For anyone needing travertine repairs or restoration, Total Finish Floors is the company to go with.For those who have more reading time…what sets Total Finish Floors apart, let me digress. Total Finish floors was one of three companies I contacted to see what could be done with my travertine floors. My floors were literally crumbling under my feet and I thought they were not repairable. All three companies went through the process of how the top layer of wax would be removed then the floors were buffed, polished and sealed. Unfortunately, I was not in direct attendance of these estimates but my husband was. Lorenzo with Total Finish Floors, with permission, used a razor blade on a small area and demonstrated the beautiful color and smoothness possible in our floors. He left a written estimate. On the other hand, another company with a showy display of their company, quickly looked at the floors, gave an estimate, warned of how other floor companies would ruin our baseboards, and left only to text me at work within minutes of leaving my house with the cost of the estimate, no hint at all of what work was included. I then was called 3 times within the hour with a push to approve and start the work quickly. Everything was off but the part about my baseboards getting scratched and needing replacement, stuck in my head. I quickly turned them down and knew Total Finsh Floors was the company to go with. When the crew arrived, I was anxious and told Lorenzo my worry about the baseboards. He assured me the crew would see to it that no damage was done and in reality, they would actually be cleaner and newer looking. The 2 extremely kind men worked daily, religiously and meticulously with manually hand scraping the tile. It was estimated to take 2.5 days and ended up taking 5 due to the careful work. I truly appreciate this company and wish their was a better less backbreaking way to accomplish the outstanding results but I’m truly grateful!!!!!

We used total finish floors to seal and clean our tiles post a new construction. It made a huge difference. They were responsive, they were on time and professional. I thought I made a bad decision when I chose black tiles in my bathroom floors but once they came in and did the work to clean and seal my tiles, I love my floors again. I will definitely recommend this company.

Lorenzo did a great job of restoring my troublesome white quartz countertops (a job that I had difficulty finding anyone to take on). It was much more work than I expected, but Lorenzo knocked it out and recommended some products to keep them in shape as much as possible going forward. Ill definitely use him again.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. They brought my granite counter tops and travertine tile floors back to life. My floor was in terrible condition because I had tried to clean it with the wrong soap and it stripped most of the sealant; then it got dirty deep down and I was afraid to try to clean it again. When I called Total Finish Floors, Lorenzo came right away and gave me an estimate. The team worked long and hard, each person doing a separate task; it took longer than they had expected, but they still charged the estimate price.They stripped leftover sealant, cleaned the floor (a lot on hands and knees rather than using harsh chemicals), then resealed it and buffed it to a lovely shine. I liked and felt comfortable with all the brothers and Lorenzo checked in with me every day, leaving me info on what soap to use and where to find it. I will call them when the floor next needs professional attention; altho it should be years, I am confident this well established company will still be around

Total Finish Floors repaired a very noticeable scratch on our Terrazzo entryway floor. The repair was amazing. They also replaced 10 hardwood boards in our dining room. Also an awesome repair. They cleaned up as they worked. I highly recommend them based on our first meeting to bid the job to the finish. Their cost was very fair in todays market.

I had the terrazzo in my foyer resealed. They did a great job. Cleaning wax buildup off and sealed it. It looks like new again with a great shine. I was very pleased with every aspect of my dealings so this week they are putting wood looking tile in my den.My wood look tile is installed. I love the tile and for the most part I’m happy with it but not happy with grout left on my baseboards around the entire den. There are 3 doorway and the tile is un even disappointed with those things. I have to have a painter clean and paint the baseboards. I brought it to lorenzo’s attention but indicated it’s normal to leave the customer with that problem. I would not use this company again. I would not give 5 stars now.

We had a bad mishap while stripping our tiled porcelain floor and it was beyond repair for ourselves to fix it and my wife was so devastated she didnt know what to do. Terrazzo floor badly water stained in freeze(busted pipes)made it look like new.

Loranzo saved my kitchen granite. He was able to completely restore the spot where rust remover had damaged the granite. No sign of the damage. He also cleaned and sealed all granite counters and recommended SCI granite cleaner to keep it clean. We were very pleased with the high quality of workmanship.

Lorenzo arrived the same day to give an estimate. Called a few other places. Some never called back, another was a higher price and the last one came and recommended I change the floor all together! Lorenzo was quick to connect with me when I asked for a quote On Angie’s list. He was professional and very friendly. He gave me a preliminary estimate and then when he came to my home to measure I realized that there would be a little more sq ft than I had anticipated. Lorenzo kept the original quote and didn’t include the extra sq ft. He came the next day with his team and finished all the work. Cleaned and sealed ceramic tile floors, granite, bathtub tile, and backsplash. It was a very reasonable quote and far cheaper than the other quotes I had received. I would recommend Lorenzo and his crew for honest and great work!

They did a great job on filling out and resurfacing our exterior travertine floors. They spent a lot of time making sure deep stains were removed and everything looks as close to new as possible. I would recommend them if you need your old floors fixed up.

Lorenzo has been refinishing and repairing our floors for years and he does an incredible job. Most recently. We had a disaster in the shower and Lorenzo and his team rearranged their schedule to come out and strip, grind and Refinish the shower with it a day! It was finished with extra protection.

Had a very bad experience with our saltillo. The job was postponed multiple times — and I wasn’t notified until last minute more than once. Additionally, Lorenzo wasn’t on site for most of the job - his brother and other individuals were, including someone who recently had surgery and started bleeding on the job and had to leave. We had a lot of issues with the quality and agreed to part ways after not getting the outcome we hoped for. Lorenzo agreed to send a partial refund in January. It’s June and we still have yet to see that. Buyer beware.

Lorenzo and his crew from Total Finish Floors did a beautiful job on my 1960s terrazzo and porcelain tile that flooded during Harvey as well as my granite counter top. My terrazzo was stained and dull from both years of use and several days of flood waters - it is now so beautiful and shiny, it looks like polished marble as it was intended! The porcelain tile has been cleaned to remove all traces of Harvey. Leon, Stewart and Otis were great to work with - they were on time and worked long days to get all my floors beautiful again. I would absolutely use Total Finish Floors again and recommend them to anyone needing work on their stone or tile.

Lorenzo and his crew did a great job on a variety of countertops and floors in my house. It was a big job (i.e. marble, limestone, travertine and granite) and their bid was the most competitive and most realistic. I had one firm tell me that I needed to replace the granite counter in my formal half bath! Lorenzos team very easily took care of the calcification - no problem! I will definitely use this firm again! Plus, my mother-in-law loves their finished work!

The Bundrage brothers and their employees are fantastic. They truly deliver modern day services with old fashion caring. They refinished my terrazzo floors (circa 1962) after we flooded during Harvey. Words arent really sufficient to describe how wonderful they were. You would have to see the floors. They were careful, efficient, professional, friendly, responsive, and paid attention to the smallest detail. I could go on and on about how great they are but I think you get the message. I had three contractors bid to refinish my travertine floors. Total Finish Floors was twice as knowledgeable as the lowest bid and half as much as the highest bid. Lorenzo was also a person I felt comfortable having in my home. So I decided on a date and that was today. My floors are amazing! My wife cant stop looking at them and commenting how happy she is with the results. Our kitchen floor was particularly bad and took extra time to clean, fix cracks and refinish.
