All features as promised and at a much lower cost than comparable competitors. Having a locally owned business that knows us by name is a great boon as well. Also, our home is older and installation can be tricky with old shifting doors/windows.Not sure what the others reviewers experienced, but we HIGHLY recommend Benco Systems.

Sent a 2 techs to my sons home and turned on a sprinkler system without asking if they could turn it on. Caused massive water damage and thousands of dollars of damage. Techs just left - didnt bother to try to help clean up or minimize damage.My opinion - never use this company!

Worst technicians ever. Wasted my money and didnt get the service. Robbed of my money.
