I got a DHL package to send, printed label and return receipt inside. The guy made up about needing another receipt from DHL with listed item and brand name to send. Went to another location and shipped the package with no question ask.Why do you discriminate?

I pick up my packages at that location all the time and they are friendly and knowledgeable. Will continue to use their services.

Dishonest: clerk tried to make me pay $120 to send a package with USPS, saying that prices went up recently. Instead of paying, I went to USPS directly, and found out that it was $60.

Wow! Im a business in search of a location and have become horrified with the recent feedback of this location. I have important documents coming in and cant imagine having a piece of information from the state of the government getting lost and having to possibly start a process all over again. Thank you for the feedback people. I think I have made my decision to just go with a different company. Especially when the owner of a location losses your mail, tell you Oh well cause you only pay $10, and then proceeds to tell you to go to hell. Just WOW!

I used to like this place but the service changed a lot recently. And after recently I decided never to use this shop to mail anything ever again. The clerk tried to charge me $104 to get 1 document delivered from Houston to Chicago and when asked about the reason for the high price he told me this is the normal price (which I know definitely isnt). He then suggested that I use ground shipping but that would cost me $48 and immediately followed up that he cannot guarantee that my mail will get delivered if I use this service. Anyhow, of course I refused to pay, excused myself, left and headed to the nearest FedEx store and ended up paying $11 for a 3 business day delivery service. Think twice before you pay your bill in this store.

Ive been coming here for over 2 years. I have a virtual mailbox through iPostal1 and this is a very convenient location. The old worker (Blake) was amazing and customer service was great. He had a wonderful system where each client had a large manila envelope where their mail was kept so that it wasnt lost. Recently the owner and his wife have started working the location and the customer service is just ok but it this past Friday was the worst experience that I have ever experienced. They lost a piece of my mail (because their system isnt great), however, they had 2 new workers that were working and werent completely trained sot this made it even more difficult. The mail was desperately needed that day and is supposed to be safe coming to a mail center. The two new workers had to be asked to take the initiative to even search for the piece of mail. Eventually they called the owner and he was not helpful at all. I even tried to speak with him and he was not apologetic at all for losing my mail. I made the comment that customer service is everything and he told me to go ahead and complain to iPostal1 as if he didnt care. He also ridiculed me and said you only pay $10 for the service. I then started telling him how he has grossly mishandled this and they owner told me to go to hell. I made sure he repeated it and he said it again. I left knocking the card rack down as I left. I woke up to an email saying that to give them a chance to find it but Im sure that it was given to someone else as I have had to give back mail that wasnt mine. I cant change my address as it would take too much time but please do your research and see if there is another place in the area that you can do business with.

Dishonest business. Went there twice for the same service a few days apart and was charged different prices. When I asked why the price was higher no reason was given. Just a breakdown of what I was paying. Wish I could give zero stars. Wont be doing business here anymore.

I have been a customer of Mail and Copies for about 5 years. During this time I have always had great customer service. Most recently I missed the fedex overnight cutoff for a medical device that absolutely had to get to its destination. The manager was so kind and actually drove the package to the FedEx hub for me and the package arrived on time. Not sure about a few of these negative reviews here but I can assure you that no other mail service would do that for their customers. I also dont understand the reviews about packages missing or stolen. That has never happened to me in the 5 years I have been here and i dont have any hesitation getting my packages shipped to mail and copies. While packages can get lost by fedex , getting packages shipped to mail and copies is 1000x safer than ups/fedex leaving packages on your doorstep, thats for sure. I give them 5 stars all the way.

We live in Mexico where its difficult to receive mail and especially packages. Because Houstons Medical Facilities are an intermittent part of our lives, we open a mailbox for several months each year & are able to order ITEMS to be sent to Mail & Copies for our PICK UP ! The facility is meticulously clean, quiet and orderly, and the SERVICE is SUPERB. Thanks for the opportunity of having a USA MAILBOX for GOODIES.

This is the best kept secret in this area. Talk about SERVICE and you can take care of mailing packages with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Darling young lady working the counter and the manager could not have provided better service! Don’t wait in long line at the Post Office, visit your local Mail & Copies Store Next door to Randalls.

UPDATE: THEY STEAL PACKAGES AT THIS LOCATION. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HAVING YOUR PACKAGES DELIVERED TO THIS ACCESS POINT!Business hours state open to 7pm. Arrived at 6:30 pm and they were already closed. HORRIBLE for people who have to drive an hour just to get to this location!!!

Very friendly service. Ive been very pleased and have had a box for about two years. I had several packages stolen from my porch, so this is a convenient solution for me. I have peace of mind knowing my packages are received and Im notified. Its also close to home.

I rented from a different location and my box was moved to this new location.This location is under construction customer service is a PAIN. No one ever answers the phone & they cannot find my mail or packages. Traveling to this location is critical because I do not have the time to hear they cannot find a my mail and packages. I hope I can recover my mail and pacakges while wait for an email response ....FYI: Do your research before you commit to this location.

Best place to ship your parcels and mail. They have been very friendly and do pack professionally. They offer UPS, Fedex, DHL and Post office services too. One of the best ship center near the community.

This place never opens on time. The past 3 times I’ve come here before work around 9:15AM and it’s not open yet even though it clearly says it opens at 9AM.

These people tried to stiff me. They over charged me “because of the season”. They charged me $2.09 per international stamps when buying 20 together (to send regular Christmas cards). When I asked why it was double than the regular/usual price they told me “they raise the prices because of the holidays”. 1 minute later they charged me just $2.00 for an international stamp (same kind as the others). When I asked why it was cheaper than the others, they told me “because if you buy stamps for a group of letters, it is more expensive than buying just one stamp”. (REALLY!?)But what made me leave the place was that they tried to charge me $86 for a packet that I was able to send with FedEx for $36, and it arrived in two days!DO NOT GO THERE!! You will end up paying more than double of the usual price

DO NOT HAVE YOU PACKAGES DELIVERED HERE unless you rent a mailbox with this location. Notify UPS you would like your mail delivered elsewhere. There is a $5 pick up fee on top of whatever delivery charge you may have already paid.

Customer service was dishonest. I was quoted $52 for a 2-day FedEx delivery without disclosing that I was being charged $7.50 for a small box and some packaging materials (small amount of bubble wrap) while I had brought both items with me. Unfortunately, I did not check the receipt until later on (my mistake). If you go there, please make sure you check what you are being charged before paying.
