Good please to rent

When I booked my car in Houston through hotwire I was unaware I had rented a car through a hertz equipment center. We took a courtesy bus to the airport hertz and they told us we did not have a reservation. They called the hertz equipment center. Hertz.equipment center refused to pick us up. We took a courtesy bus back to the airport. We got a Taxi who did not where it was. We used my gps to tell him how to get there. Once we arrived we were told the lady who did the car rentals was not in. The lady who does the car rentals got back and started serving customers. Our plane got to Houston an hour and a half ago and ate now in line at a hertz.equipment center not knowing what may happen next. This has not been worth saving $30 a day for 3 days. The taxi drive here from the airport was $20, the taxi drive back will likely be the same. Live and learn.

Rude on the phone, and their website offers equipment they do not actually rent.
