Great equipment friendly staff great service

Rude, lazy, unattentive. Anywhere else in Houston offers better service and rates. Avoid at all costs. Zero customer service.

1st and the last with this company. I rent a boom lift for a week and they forgot to pick up the boom lift on time. And then theyre changing me extra $350. They said will be no extra charge. 2 months later i haven received my credit and they havent responded to my email. Suck of company. I do not recommend this company.Stay away from them.

Wont ever go there again. The man helping me was rude as could be. Talked to me like i was a 2nd grader. Sad thing is i probably know more about the subject then the so called professional that was helping me. What a joke. Oh and did i say he was super rude.

Rented a small mini excavator from them for the weekend. Machine worked perfect! It was a newer piece of equipment, not some old piece, very well maintained. Salesmen I worked with was very polite and thorough. Would definitely recommend.

Used lifts unreliable equipment that was continuously breaking down. They replace the equipment and it work worse than the original equipment. Then they wouldnt even give us any credits or better equipment. I would never use them again.

I was renting a lift and I postpone a delivery, and also as a back-up I had them write on the order call before coming out due to rain and mud, for it is a lock location and no one would be there, if it rains. To say the least we never knew they came out and we never received a call, but we did receive a bill. It appeared the Rep never notified logistics and they never postponed delivery and they never called.

Went for aerial lift training, First off if you put in the address into google maps or waze it sends you to the other side of the freeway to some trailer park on a backroad, so i call them to see where the exact location is. Im 5 minutes late and the instructor isnt even in the class. Just started a video and left to go flirt with one of the office girls upstairs. Tells me I cant join the class just because it already started. Other people in the class tell they are waiting for him to come back and been waiting for more than 15 minutes. He could have let me in but would rather rip off more money from the company. People like that instructor give safety a bad name. I have done a more thorough class at a rental place in deer park. Would not recommend.
