So the name of this place is not what you think. The owner has three children who’s name start with the letter K and the “Klan” is for family. When I got there on a Friday morning, they took me right away. I had been having a lot of vibrations when I brake. I thought I just needed new brake pads, but when they put my car on the mount and took the wheels off, they showed me that actually my brake pads were good but it was my bad front rotors that were causing the problem. I drive a 2014 Lexus IS 250, that I’ve had for 5 years and have never done any major brake work done to it. The tech could see right away that the front rotors were no good but he put the wheels back on and we took my car for a test drive. He confirmed that the vibrations I was experience were indeed due to the bad rotors. We got back to the shop and we discussed replacing the front rotors and resurfacing the rear ones. I must say, my car drives 100% better. I have no issues with the vibrations/ squeaking. It’s been a few days and my car drives just fine. Even my boyfriend wants to go to get his brakes done. The mechanics were very professional and they didn’t try to up-sale any other services. I would recommend them to anyone.

•Please do not come get your car fix at E-klan Kar Kare they over price people for parts and labor .•If you get a Full synthetic oil change for $44 they put Synthetic Blend instead.•Do NOT come and work here the owners of E-klan Kar Kare are very unprofessional. I work for four days and they did NOT pay me.•Kemar Emanuel doesn’t respect people.

Found shop on Groupon, and made an appointment. Service was in and out. Semi synthetic oil change was a great deal so definitely worth the drive from Cypress. Shop located behind a restaurant so it can be easily missed if passing by unless you know its there. Provided an update for service codes after oil change was complete.After 5 oil changes the 6th one is free.Will definitely visit again with my key tag in tow.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACEWent in for an oil change and after they finished the oil change I was told that my struts and shocks were completely shot and they needed to be replaced. Ive only had my vehicle for one year so I was suspicious.Took my vehicle to my long time trusted mechanic and they said everything was perfectly fine.

I visited in February to get my brake pads replaced (I needed second opinions because some places were charging be close to 200$ to 300$). Eklan is a great place for your car care, Toyota told me I needed all of my breaks replaced, but Eklan actually inspected my car and were honest about what my care really needed which only one of my breaks needed replacement. They are very accommodating, I was there early in the morning as soon as they opened and they let me hang out in their lounge and watch Netflix on their TV. They are very honest with you, their pricing are very reasonable, and so far my car is doing great! I will definitely be back again!

Very friendly and fast service. Called to make an appointment for an oil change and 21 point check. The whole service took about 30 minutes. Only gave 4 stars because the shop is little small and located in a shanty area. Overall, I would get my oil changed here again.

Found them on Groupon and will definitely be going back. Went for brake replacement and an oil change, but I knew at least one of my rotors needed to be replaced as well. Sure enough, I needed 2 rotors as well. They were super nice and accommodating while I waited and they seemed very honest and genuine. I recommend them to all.

Great place for car services. The owner always explain what you have and what you need. Is small but they do almost everything. You can wait in a room with tv and air conditioned. Also have a promotion for a free oil change after 5 changes. Need more publicity because they are like behind a restaurant and no sing in the street. Regular oil change 30 USD but you have more options.

Great experience with the mechanic staff. They brought me in to the shop to go over the state of the brakes with them and later asked me to join them for a test drive. Also, not an expensive place by any means and the service speed was prompt.

Horrible experience. My car was worst than it was was after I took it to EKlan. He then quoted a price to me on another part needed for my car, which was a used and a new part cost. and come to find out, that, there are no used parts even being made for what I needed done. Smh!! On top of that I had someone check on the same part with E Klan and he was given a totally different price. Be careful with dealing with this guy!! Totally untrustworthy! I’ll never deal with him again!!!

He fixed a leaking AV valve hose and waa reasonable and honest. He is also knowlwdgeable and courteous. I will be dropping off my 2011 Chevy Traverse on Monday for my brakes and oil change. Been here for 35 years, live out in Stafford, but this is my mechanic from now on! Good job E-Klan!
