My experience in finding reliable wk has always been on point w star personnel. I have always found Karina to be very helpful in finding me the right type of wk always at the right time. She is Very professional as well and i would recommend applying and findind the right job w them.

I’ve been involved with star since I started as a temp in the industry and now that I’ve gotten a permanent position I ensure to use them to get temps, because they were always so professional and nice especially KARINA!!! we’ve built such a great business relationship!!

Not a good place to work ! Had I am having a bad experience getting paid for working 1 day at an apt complex,I submitted my timesheet for payment, but was told they never got it, I was told by Star Personell to call apt complex and have them send it in again, apt complex told me they faxed timesheet 2 times, Star Personell, still insisted they never got it, so they told me that it is my responsibility to get timsheet to Star, so Im stuck in the middle, my next step is to file a wage claim form with TWC. I have no other options as Star Personell refuses to get in touch with apt complex to find out what is going on with my pay, finally my advice to someone seeking employment with Star is, stay away from this company, they do not care for the people thet send out to work, save your time and effort and find employment elsewhere !!!!!!!

I’ve been with Star Personnel since 2/2014 and starting here I already knew I was home. I’ve got close to office staff and seen them get promoted but the staff right now is the bee’s knees! Shout out to Corina! She not only listens to your needs but places you where you wanna be! 😜

Terrible place to work for. Don’t even waste your time. I’m not gonna drag them like I could but for the hard working people out there trying to make ends meet. Take your energy elsewhere

This company is simply abhorrent because of its inability or unwillingness to help its employees. I literally asked for a copy of my own identification because I lost my wallet recently and I was told that it was their own personal property and that I should always have my own. I even express my desire to get back with the company itself but they still told me that I could basically go fuc myself. Please.find another company to work for and if you work in this office find the nearest sharpened pencil.....you know what to do with it.

Very very very very bad experience first check went missing they said wrong acct number. Then they said it was deposited then they said they will see what happened.. so my second check had to wait a month to get it paid so thanks for that one... so the recruiter LORI called me to threaten me that o was breaking contract due to leaving and going to work for apartament complex (witch i told her i was not working there and i was working at a restaurant) she yelled at me and said (I DONT CARE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT WE ARE CAPABLE OF DOING) I will be contacting someone on this matter

Great place!!Rosa Garza was more than helpful. She went out of her way to ensure that i was content not only with where i was being placed for work, But she went above and beyond to find me somewhere i would be happy working permanently. Even after deciding to go my own route and it not working out. She did not hesitate to pick up the phone months later and help me find work. Now i am permanently hired at an amazing location making better money that i expected. Could not be happier. If i could give 10 stars i would!!Highly Recommend!**********

JUDY!! Is the best manager I have ever worked with! Anytime I have a problem with a property she is quick to fix it and find me a new property! Always so professional and personable at the same time. If I ever need employment help again I will defiantly be going back to Star Personnel to work with this amazing lady!

My experience with Maria at Star Personel in San Antonio, Texas was really above and beyond what I expected. From the very start I was really pleased that they were a local company that was readily available to speak one on one in a comfortable setting. They took the time to get to know me personally and provided me with multiple opportunities to further my career in the Apartment Industry. I cannot thank them enough and will send my friends and family to them from now on!

Although the staff that works here are friendly I had a terrible experience with the temps they were sending me. The temps I dealt with although nice are unreliable. I had 3 people say they were going to come and did not show up or even call the office to let them know they were not coming, even though I was told by the temps they could work. I was told by Star that I would have someone and that did not happen. Due to this I had to cancel my vacation and could not give good customer service to my customers because I was left alone for the day. I have never had a good experience with a temp agency , so typically I dont use them. I decided to give Star a chance because of the reviews you are seeing now. Never again. I will never use them or recommend them to any one else looking to hire a temp. They need to hire people who are dependable and now I see that is not the case.

Very scary and uneasy experience. They take your picture, your DL and SS card.then send you away and tell you to call them .I will be contacting BBB should ANYTHING out of the ordinary with my information occur!

I love this company and the people that work with them, whenever I or someone I know needs a Job, part time or temp work, they always seem to have the options, I wish they can pay a little more as a temp agency, but I guess it is understandable, if you ever need a job especially in the apartment industry, just give then a call and ask for Rosa, she is awesome and her personality is just amazing.

I started with Rosa and Marie back in 2014. She was amazing since day one. She sent me to many properties as a leasing agent. Soon I got sent to a property out in Coppell which I fell in love with. After being there for 2 weeks I got hired as a full time leasing agent. I was at that property for about a year and 8 months, I recently got promoted as an Assistant Manager. I would definitely recommend using StarPersonnel.

UpdateI was eventually paid but they still refuse to take responsibility for their actions by making excuses. My direct deposit was correct fyi but Im done arguing my point and Im grateful that I received what was owed to me, therefore Im changing one star to two stars! :)
