I interviewed with LPC over a month ago and was told they had an opportunity for me readily available. I never heard back from anyone since then. I found employment through a different staffing agency thankfully.

Sammy helped me get a job through this pandemic after searching for months! He was very professional and very fast. If your job experience and skills meet the requirements then they will get you a job in the desired field. I set my expectations to either be a receptionist or an office clerk. I took my office skills test and he paired me with the perfect job that I qualified for. I interviewed with him, a few weeks a position was available, and I started the next day. The timeline to find a job is very efficent considering we are in a pandemic. I have been working now for 2 weeks! Thank you so much Sammy !

Remember that they work for the businesses looking for an employee and their happiness is the first priority. So an employer can say whatever they want, even if its not true, and LPC will have their back all the way to the grave. And you, the peasant worker, can just get bent. Also, the drug screening clinic they contract takes 4 hours vs. less than an hour at every other clinic Ive ever done a urinalysis at.Pick any one of the other HUNDREDS of head hunters in the Houston area, people.Response to the owners comment below...Nice try, but my experience with LPC was before the pandemic so save the covid excuses. But thanks for letting everyone know how much worse their experience would be now than mine was before the pandemic was a factor.

Was contacted about 2 months ago for a job opportunity that I was invited to apply. Anytime I call to check on status, either I get the same response regarding the client hasnt responded yet, or dont get my called picked up at all. I highly doubt that is the case at this point, and quite frankly, I hear that far too often. If the client has actually moved on and there is nothing that can be done for someone really needing job experience more than most, please be honest about it. Will be looking elsewhere for opportunities.

I received a call from the rep with LPC requesting I come in for an interview the next day after. During the process the rep seemed to be focused on one portion of my resume which is a lesser portion of my experience overall. Also asked me to elaborate on this particular part of my resume so she could word the info to client to make it more appealing. She also said there was another position actually closer to my home which was more related to my past sales and customer service experience. Did not hear anything more regarding that job however. Felt as though I was being steered toward the position I for which I was hired. I needed a job so I met with their client the day after that and actually got the job with a reasonable wage near which I was seeking which was more than LPC had originally stated. The new job and personnel are nice and accommodating, It is a good job I will say although as I said the other job was never proffered again. Once I began working I had a couple of phone exchanges with LPC regarding paperwork as I have never worked through a staffing agency prior to this experience. These exchanges seemed a bit less engaged from their side of the conversation as though I was hired therefore less interested in me and my questions. I got hired so overall not so bad.

I have been to multiple staffing agencies in the Houston area during my search for employment. I must say this one in particular made me really feel like I was more than a file or a number. They were attentive, knowledgeable and caring. Bailey helped me find a job within days!! I worked with both Bailey and Paula and they were tremendous!! This agency made me feel important. Told them I didn’t have a driver’s license but was in the process of getting one plus i have insurance on my vehicle. She said she would put me down that I rode the metro. They seemed nice but they don’t care about getting you a job, if they did they would work with you. Went to Talentwell and I was treated better than here. Don’t waste your time here.

I received a phone call from LPC. They left a message I returned the phone call and left a message with the receptionist. I then received a text message and I responded to the text message and I still have yet to hear from someone. I called again and left a message and I still havent heard from anyone. I dont have anything good or bad to say. I cant get in touch with anyone to see what opportunities LPC can offer.

This is my first experience with LPC, but I absolutely love them. I am just an ordinary office worker/support staff. I had my first interview within a week of going into the LPC office and meeting with Nathalie. I was offered the position within 15 minutes of leaving the interview that Friday. The following Tuesday, I started a new position with a really excellent and well-respected company. To me, this speaks volumes to LPCs ability to pick the most appropriate interviews for candidates. The phenomenal service doesnt end there. Since I started my new position sooner than expected, I did not have much time to get my direct deposit information from my bank. I finally got them the information two days before payday. I showed up on payday to pick up my check (stupidly not calling first because I thought there was no way my information had been processed). The guy at the front desk (regrettably, I cannot recall his name) was extremely attentive. He went to the back and Hannah came to meet me, took me aside, and very kindly apologized for my inconvenience (which was 100% my own fault), but that my check had been direct deposited! I have used another agency prior to using LPC, but I have NEVER seen this level of customer service or attentiveness. If you are looking for employees or for employment, this is the agency to go see.

If i could give 0 stars i would. They have to be the most unprofessional staffing agency in all of Houston TX. The jobs they post on indeed are not even actual jobs.. its just bait to get you to go in to the staffing agency office and they make you take a 120 year old test, you pass, and they tell you that they will pass your resume on to employers and they will get back to you. That was more than 2 months ago.. not one email or phone call from my recruiter. Dont waste your time. Youre better off finding the jobs yourself. (BTW, take a look at all the good reviews and notice how they all sound extremely similar..)

My overall experience wasnt bad. My being asked to show up to LPC was a little misleading. I was told that I had an interview for a job I had applied for. Upon my arrival I find out it was just a general meeting with LPC to test my typing, 10 key, and excel knowledge along with updating my resume. FYI, I never received nor saw my updated resume.

Bad place to look for a job. The time and effort spent is worthless theh never check back on you. I went about a month ago for a interview and never heard back from him. I dont want anyone to go and get hopes up. I understand they dont have to employee everyone, but they would give a nice email with information on how we could better or why we didn’t get the job. Also, they could work on how they schedule people I waited over 30 min after my schedule appointment to be helped. I thank god I got a job outside this website now, but this place did the same thing to 3 of my friends, sister, and me. Bad place

I am still waiting for her call.. at the interview she told me about an opening what I really doubted about this so called opening as she was not prepare nor the job description of the job!! I would not recommend this staffing agencies to anyone. I was ask to come into the office and do the application. After doing the application I then had an interview with a recruiter Sammy. He told me that he will send out my resume to several companies. I never got a follow-up with so I call in to check with him. Every time I call in to check with him, it all way the same thing, that he send out my resume and no response. Just a was of my time.

My husband was responding to an ad for a fork lift operator. When we drove downtown to it we were there no more than 5 to 10 minutes. Lady said she would work on his resume & be in touch..thats been several months ago. There was never any mention of the fork lift job. We figured out it was a staffing agency. We have never received 1 lead or call. My husband has 30 years experience as a welder aa well as other skills. This was a complete disappointment.

I went to LPC Personnel over a month ago and I have not heard anything back yet. Im a disabled veteran, served 20 years for my country and I have a Bachelors degree. If you are seriously looking for a job, I would suggest that you go to another Temp Agency.

Not impressed. I was contacted by Jennifer via LinkedIn and she asked for resumes and set up an interview. At the interview she had me do skills testing and said I did well and should place easily.I continued to monitor the website and saw a few jobs I was interested in so I e-mailed Jennifer to check in. I have since e-mailed her 3 times and not even received one response. I find that unprofessional. Take 10 seconds to respond to an email; you never know who will be in a position to recommend later and that is simply bad press. If I were looking for a staffing firm, I would not pick one that cant follow up, especially when they sought out the clientele.

I went for an interview and was told that I could email and call back and So I called the guy that interviewed me named sammy and he would ignore my emails and phone calls saying that he would check on something else for me. Very unprofessional the receptionist guy wore unprofessional clothing that made me feel like I over dressed. Wont recommend this place.

Relocated to Texas and was given this companys contact from a relatives co-worker. I called and left a message but immediately got a call back and was asked to email my resume for review. Did that and again super quick reply. I didnt immediately reply to the email so they called me again to let me know they sent one. The email asked if I could come to the office but, after seeing the distance from me, I asked if we could talk over the phone or webcam (which shouldnt be a problem if its just to talk about my resume). NO REPLY. Waited over a week to post this review just in case they got back to me.Based off some of the other reviews I found on here and other sites, it looks like the main reason for the office visit is to take some skill tests. After such quick replies from the first contact on, it makes me feel like they dont care about working with you unless you physically walk into the office and take their tests (maybe it has to do with recruiter numbers/commission). Now, while it may apply for some roles, the idea of requiring word or WPM tests seems a little antiquated in 2017.Ive used recruiters and temp agencies in the past and never had any issues with having the initial discussions over the phone or via Skype. If meeting in person was mandatory I would at least appreciated a reply saying so. Maybe I would have taken the trip out.

I did the entire interview process a while ago, at least a month, and never got a call back, not even an email. Some kind of notification or update would be appreciated.

Reputation is a company’s biggest asset and I would NOT recommend any employer or individual to this staffing agency. I was flat out lied to by their company twice simply to gain my business. Falsifying information and lying to individuals does not show great merit. There are plenty of notable staffing agencies out there and i’m sad to say this is not one of them.

I was referred to this company by a friend of mine who had no problem getting a job, however, no help for me! I went in a month and a half ago had my interview with an agent and didnt really hear form her. She assured me she had a job for me and never heard from her again till I e-mailed her. She sent me a job further away from my house and for less money then I make now, this is not helping me. I drove about 45 mins to this office to basically waste my gas. I have had 4 interviews without the help of this company since I went in and interviewed with them. Honestly I will never refer anybody to this place!!!!!

I applied for 2 jobs via indeed, was contacted by Rachel for an interview. During my interview I was told to send in a revised copy for my resume and shed get back to me in a couple of days. That was over a month ago, and when applying and interviewing I was told ot was for the specific jobs I applied for. It wasnt until I got to the place I was told it was just a general meeting. This company is a complete joke dont waste your time.

Well, i liked how they understood that i have alot of experience and skills, and didnt like the job that i was being interviewed for. Overall the application and interview process went well...it would have been more convenient if they included on the job ad that i was going to travel alot around houston and might not be welding most of the time before i took the drive here.Overall, a good place to seek work

I came here in 2015 for a interview. I was asked what pay did I want? So I told her and she replied that I wouldnt be able to find a job that pays that amount. Now it is 2016 and I realize how wrong she was/is!

They never find you anything, fake job postings just to lure you into their office to take more tests and forget about you afterwards. Waste of gas.
