Despite the reviews here, I want to give this company 10 stars if possible! Mr Glen Martin deserves all the credit in the world🗺️! He helped me not search for a job, instead a career. He helped me adjust my resume to make it more professional, sent me to the perfect company that fit me and my requirements and experience, and helped me secure my position. This may be a staffing company, but it does set itself apart from the rest of them. This company and its employees are like no other. They strive for perfection here and want the best for their employees. The professionalism here is impeccable and the motivation for their employees is unmatched. I am an individual who gives gratitude where it is deserved and this company and Mr Glen Martin I cannot thank enough. Thank you for helping me start new life and better my future with my new and first career! I cannot be more thankful! FYI this company is for individuals who want to help theirselves, if you are not motivated and reliable do not waste your time or this companies please! Always helpful friendly staff feels like family in there

I worked for this company before, I ask for a forklift operator job and was told yes, about a week later I was call and told that they have a temp for hire forklift operator job at Betco Scaffold. I took the forklift operator job, but not to my surprise, I was told at Betco,NOT to get on any forklifts even though I presented 2 forklift certifications. I was having problems with my paycheck with Eco Staffing, not only hours but was jacked for a day of work 6:am-2:30pm when In fact I was at work that day, really. Would not recommend this Eco Staff company. They will tell you they have the jobs you are looking for to hope you will except what they offer you.

Great company great people! Glenn was extremely helpful with not only getting me to work quickly but also three friends of mine, and we are all currently still working. I recommend that anyone looking for work should sign up with Eco. Theyre honest and extremely knowledgeable of the expectations and working conditions of all of their sites and response times are impeccable. Glenn always keeps me updated on whats available as far as what looking for or what I need and always checks on how Im doing. Ive worked in damn near every line of work you could imaging and Eco-staff is by far the most efficient company I have ever seen

The person that I spoke with said that I have to come into the office to get information. Seriously whats the point of having a phone number if you are not going to give me information over the phone. Im not wasting my gas just for you to tell me that you dont have anything. Horrible customer service. How do you ask for people to have good customer service when you dont offer any to people.

Ive never had a problem out of Glen Martin. Great dude. But i drove to college station 3 days in a row for a job they placed me in. But now its time to be paid and 9 hrs of my work time is missing. Payroll is sorry. They send emails to the company instead of calling directly. Its not that important to her.

These guys are very professional. I really liked the way they do interviews. They made me feel like they cared about where I was placed and were invested in making sure I represented the company to the best of my abilities. I recommend it to my friends.

Unprofessional and a wast of time had me meet them at there location and at a set time just to tell me I need to wait 2 hours outside to meet with someone and in response didnt get an apology just told you can leave.

Very Friendly people, So they call you in for an interview and you ask is there an opening for the position they say yes. You go to the interview and they give you a ton of paperwork. You do everything they ask, fill out paperwork and take test. Then you ask about the job they are interviewing for *Electrical* and they say they are not hiring yet. I asked well why did I come for an interview? The response was we will be placing starting next week. 1 month later I still hear nothing and call them only to be told yeah we dont have any work no jobs are coming through. That being said I lost 2 hours of pay from my job and took a write up all for nothing.Pros - Friendly Staff & Beautiful ReceptionistCons - They Lie, Waste of Time, and according to some employees they dont get correct pay all the time

Its an alright place, but i disliked how unorganized it was. Many months ago, i applied, interviewed, tested and got the job. As far as payroll, i submitted my direct deposit to them and thought everything will go smooth. (Keep reading)Well when my first paycheck did not arrive, i told them what had happened...they responded that the company that i was working for had not submitted my timesheet, which was the reason i didnt receive my check. They then told me a few hours later that they got my timesheet and that if i wanted to, to swing by and pick up my check. I said no, because i enrolled for direct deposit, and told them that i preferred that instead of a check, so the check was deposited and i got paid.My second paycheck arrived in my bank, but in the amount of $2 and some change. I got really upset and informed them what happened, again, the job had not submitted the timesheet and i was informed that what was deposited was what they owed me from my last check...so then i get a call saying that my 2nd paycheck will be deposited on friday...meaning i will get paid saturday morning...and sure enough i got paid saturday. This made me very upset and i spoke with the GM, he was very attentive and assisted in making sure this wont happen again. Turns out, the supervisor at the job i was working was slacking off in submitting time sheets.My Third paycheck arrived with no problems, everything was fine and back to normal...but i had already made the decision to leave the job because it was a very very underpaid job for the type of work i was doing.I guess this agency deserves its 3 stars, they were there to hear me out and helped...but i didnt like how unorganized it was at first, plus a bit of miscommunication sometimes.

Went to there office because of an add. Did all the paperwork and drug test and was told there is work for me to start and call a few days later to start. Got a call and said they were getting everything ready...2 months later I get a call about work and well I started working somewhere else because this place never called me. Thought I actually had a job but was sitting at home waiting for over a week and nothing. So I dont recommend sending anyone that I know here.

Instead of echo staffing it should be called racist staffing . the recruiters in this staffing will hire nothing but black people so if you are anything but black DO NOT APPLY HERE !!!
