Well, they were super nice, they helped me find a job however it wasnt the job that I wanted, but it will allow me to pay a few bills... They are very professional, and warm! Not like the people at the Cypress office they fired me from a job for playing my saxophone on my lunch break, playing a saxophone! Not to mention that I was recruited into the company band where I was working!!! I was never late, never missed a day unless it was approved.

Not great. An agent made a job resume for me and put that I only work month in my work history. Not a good look.

Incompetent and inefficient. I do not recommend this service to anyone. The recruiter I had, Kerri Saul, was disorganized and asked me for things 3 days after I had already provided them. Not only did she ask me for them, but she asked me IF I had already provided them.I went in for an interview on Tuesday, was told I got the job, but would have to go through a 3-5 day process, when they knew the job started the following Monday and there wouldnt be another new-hire class until 2 weeks after that. Here is the series of events as they happened:1) I get an onboarding email on Tuesday night, where I was to log into a system to fill out a series of forms, including references and the I9 form that all employees must fill out.2) I am told that after I filled out these forms, I would receive an email with details on how to get my drug screening done--but it wouldnt come until AFTER I had completed all of the forms.3) The drug screen details come on Wednesday morning and I go do it that afternoon.4) The I9 form you fill out requires two forms of ID to verify: a photo ID and your SS card or passport. After the drug test, I drive to the office to provide these documents to Kerri Saul, my recruiter. She knew what they were for because she took them, made a copy of them, and handed them back. On my way out, she asks me to send her a copy of my Masters degree diploma to expedite the education verification process. She also says something that suggests there was a possibility I would NOT be able to start the following Monday due to the processes that the client had put in place.5) When I get home, I email her the copy of my Masters diploma. To which she does not acknowledge receipt until 2pm the next day. I sent it to her at 4, within business hours. I also ask for clarification on whether Id be able to start as planned the following Monday...crickets.6) On Thursday night at 8:20, she sends me an email asking me for 3 references and IF I had submitted my I9 form. In her email, she strongly implies that the request for the references was a repeated one--that I hadnt done so already. You mean, the I9 form I drove out of my way to bring two forms of ID to you for? Yes. I had. And those 3 references were in TWO of the forms I had completed prior to being able to get the drug test details. When I responded that I filled out ALL of the forms, she felt it necessary to remind me that the I9 form was a separate website. Ok. Am I a dummy? Didnt you just copy my 2 forms of ID for the form youre asking me if I filled out? Really?7) I give her the references...AGAIN. But why didnt she do this on Wednesday when I was peeing in a cup? What if she didnt get an immediate response from the calls? What if my former employers in CA had other things to do than to call back a recruiter right away?8) After causing anxiety as to whether or not Id be starting Monday or have to wait an additional 2 weeks to start, she tells me that there is a hold up in my background check from Orange County. Really? Do you know I can pay $20 and get all of my education and criminal background history from a website online within MINUTES? And it is taking this recruiting company 3-5 days to process potentially causing me to be out of work for an additional 2 weeks? Then she says its the clients wishes to do all of this stuff. OK. But is your company so inefficient that you have to potentially delay a start date for the employee and for the client? Is that really what the client wants? In my work experience, I have used job placement agencies a couple of times. At NO POINT has there been any such delay or such extensive vetting processes as to take 3-5 days. But I had to fire my recruiter and move on still without work because she was so disorganized and didnt bother to look into her own system before asking me if I had provided the details she asked for again. The level of inefficiency and incompetence is astounding and I suggest using another company for your job search.

I really wish Aletha was still here! Ive been using Corestaff since 2006, back when Lisa Alvarez was there. Both of these women were truly amazing, and really cared about the people. Now the lack of anything from them sucks, ...no call backs, no updates, no emails, no anything. Its like crickets, and when you do call, they literally always sound as if you are bothering them. From the dead toned receptionist, to the unfriendly attitudes from the recruiters, and I dare you to call after 3pm expecting to hear from a recruiter, because thats not going to happen. Dont even think of leaving a voicemail, because you will be waiting on that also, Ive literally left 3 messages before I spoke to Melissa and yes I had to call her. It really sucks how the company has changed and gone downhill, they were always so reputable . I never leave comments on things like this, but I think its only right to really share my experience with people who Im sure dont want to waste their time if they are truly looking for a job. Not to bash anyone, but I guarantee you of you try them you may have a similar experience, and if not pleaseeeeeeee share!!!
