I had a great experience at my appointment today. Everyone was nice from the time I walked in. I was escorted to the room immediately upon arrival and met in the room by the dental assistant. The dental hygienist Angela was very thorough with cleaning and educational with dental hygiene tips. Dr. Nelson was very personable and took his time making sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I would definitely recommended URBN dental in Uptown.

This was my first time at Urbn and I was immediately amazed at how nice their suite was upon arrival. I was greeted and assisted as soon as I arrived and was shown back to my room. Not gonna lie my teeth were in a state and rooting/planning was needed which was an experience. Dr. Nelson was very professional, pleasant, and very patient with me as he saw I was nervous. The hygienist who worked on my teeth, Jorge, was so sweet and funny and kept checking in on how I was and gave me breaks when he saw I needed them, I appreciated that a lot. Kim and Viviana, Marylee, were awesome too I damn near took Kim’s hand off when Dr.Nelson injected the anesthesia I squeezed her little hand so tight but she hung in there with me. The whole team were amazing and I’m happy to say I have found my new dental family, make them yours.

I came in for an emergency tooth extraction due to being in excruciating pain. I was serviced by Dr. Chae The staff were very welcoming, concerned and eager to help me! They were very informative about after care and any other concerns I had. I was very pleased with my experience and decided to came back for exam & cleaning. Dr. Angela did my cleaning and she was sooo informative and diligent and made sure I was comfortable! They also gave me an electronic tooth brush & mouth wash as a gift! I’ve never been to a dentist office that caters to your experience! THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!

Urbn Dental is a great dentist office. I’m always anxious when visiting this dentist even as an adult. The atmosphere is calming and the staff is kind, as gentle as possible and very informative. My 13 y/o daughter had a wonderful experience as well. No bright light glaring in your face, new X-ray technology so you’re not biting down onto that uncomfortable square cutting into your jaw. I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Nelson, along with Angela and the rest of the office, 5 stars all around.

What an amazing experience! This dental office is great. The doctor is very thorough, they really work hard to make sure you are comfortable, your experience feels personal, and that you are getting all of the health care that you need. I recently visited URBN Dental Uptown and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dental office. It had been a number of years since I had been to the dentist so I was apprehensive, to say the least. But when I visited URBN I found all the staff to be both incredibly friendly and extremely professional. Initially I went in for an assessment and cleaning - my very knowledgeable hygienist Andrea did an incredible job and walked me through entire process. I ended up having some dental work that needed to get done and thanks to Dr. Chae and Laura the procedure was very quick and easy, and the results look great!

Where to start? I absolutely love URBN Dental, from the front desk staff, hygienist, and dr. Their office is clean, the staff is friendly and makes you comfortable. I’m 31 years old and have a lot of work that needs to me done on my teeth, that’s another story. With that being said, no one made me feel embarrassed or ashamed about my condition, instead they have vowed to help me and educate me along the way. I found URBN by way of Zoc Doc, the reviews were great and thought I’d give it a try myself. It was my first time at this place today. I booked an appointment via Zocdoc and got a call shortly after. They sent the new patient paperwork and the process was very smooth. They also made sure to verify my insurance before I got there which was very convenient. I had to call and reschedule and they were very nice about it. The day prior to appointment, the check in appointments were super clear and they even texted me the address. The one thing I really liked about this place was that they showed me actual pictures of my teeth (not just x-rays) and took lots of time to explain everything. They are also open on Saturdays which is awesome. The goody bag was an extra treat. Will definitely continue going.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so warm and welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. I had always been hesitant about going to the dentist since I was a little kid, mainly because of the dentists and dental hygienists I had interacted with never made me feel comfortable. I would go and leave, gaining no help about how to fix my oral hygiene routine and just get stuck in a routine I thought I kinda worked. Even though I am a new patient here, the people at URBN Dental Uptown have already eased my hesitations. From the technology used, the arrangement of the business, and the way they conduct their appointments, I would absolutely recommend people to go here.

Not only were they efficient, hands on, they also spent so much time with educating me about different aspects of dental hygiene. My experience, even though someone (no names mentioned) was wearing a UT scrub hat was nothing short of being amazing! I get extremely nervous during dental visits and the staff made me feel completely comfortable. They even lower the A/C even when it was already freezing because I was hot due to nerves. The place itself gives off a very homey and comfortable vibe as well as just looking very aesthetically pleasing. I used to dread going to the dentist because I have sensitive teeth and usually the dentist didn’t seem to care much. Here they put in the extra time just to make me feel more comfortable. I learned a few new things from her that I’ve never been told by any other office. She was very thorough with my cleaning, but I never had any discomfort and she was great with explaining everything she was doing. So it has been a while since a dentist has been in my mouth. This location is literally 5 minutes away from me and since I am usually late or close to it I booked my over due cleaning with Urbn dental! Staff was super friendly. Thorough! Found 2 cavities that I had scheduled to be filled for today. They were fast which is great. I am UT nursing student soon to graduate and time is study for me, lol. Very light hands. I have a small mouth but they did the damn thing! Mandatory mask. They give you a nice spray of hand sanitizer before you go back. See y’all in 6 months!!

Okay it’s official, I’m a fan of @urbndental! They all greeted me with “Hey, Stephanie!” when I walked in this morning like Cheers, lolSo here’s the rundown:➡️ After years of being a full time entrepreneur, I finally have (good) health insurance again. My old dentist moved too far out, so I found @urbndental on Zoc Doc.➡️ Dr. Chae told me that tartar on your teeth turns to plaque after only 24 hours! (Like, whet? 😒) So during the past pandemic year, I’ve been snacking at night like crazy & not brushing after. This led to a root canal 😫 a root canal is just a cavity that has spread from the actual tooth down into the nerve. The doctor has to go in and clean out the infected nerve and then cover it with a crown, which is a fake tooth. I was not excited about this 😂But it wasn’t bad! The root canal was painless! 😳 The only thing I felt was a small sting from the numbing needle and that was bearable.➡️ A couple weeks later, we also fixed 3 cavities I had. Y’all know I’m known for my smile, so I had to see what this mouth do quick!!➡️ I also loved how they clearly explained the cost of my procedures, what insurance would cover and what I would be responsible for, and got my approval each step of the way so there were no surprise charges.🤩 Thanks to Dr. Chae & Kimberly (dental asst) and their whole team!
