It is a very cozy place and the attention and the neighbors are the best of the best

I have worked with Otis Elevator now for 2 years and have had a horrible experience with majority of all interactions. I wasnt even aware that I had a sales rep until our warranty was close to expiration and someone showed up. Ive had 2 other sales representatives since the first one. Each one takes several days to respond. It has been 30 days since I requested an elevator inspection for our city permit and I still cannot get a date scheduled. I have circled back with multiple emails that have not been responded to multiple times. 20 years in the multi family industry and Otis has been the biggest disappointment out of all of the vendors that I have worked with. I cannot recommend this company. If you are looking to install elevators I do not advise you to use Otis.
