I’ve been going to see Pixie Lynn for all my work for the last couple of years now. She’s super talented and always does amazing work! Pixie is friendly and welcoming. I recommend going to see her whether it’s your first tat or your fiftieth.

I’ve been here a couple times and each time I got Pixie! She is an amazing artist and tattooer. I don’t think I’ll go to anyone else now! She is very friendly and easy to talk to. She made me very comfortable throughout my entire experience. Everyone here is very sweet also and always answers your questions.

Pixie did a Pokemon tattoo Ive wanted for awhile now. She killed it. It looks amazing and I couldnt be happier. She was professional and held a great conversation that made it go by super quick. I will definitely be back soon!

Took my daughter for a Helix piercing. Walked in and we were immediately helped. I think this is the cleanest tattoo/ piercing shop I have ever been to. The woman working at the front desk was incredibly sweet as well as the owner. My daughter was pierced by Missie and she was great! My kid felt a little woozie so they gave her water and a pixie stick to help her. I would suggest this shop to anyone looking for a piercing. Will use them again in the future.

Pixie did some really wonderful and meaningful tattoos on me. They’ve done 3 of mine so far and they were so nice and understanding when i was explaining what i wanted. I highly recommend going to them to get your art on you:) They do a bunch of different styles and i love all of their work !!!

I went in for my first tattoo appointment and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Pixie was incredibly accommodating, kind, and so very talented. I walked away with more than I could have ever asked for and I 10/10 would recommend her and this studio.

We went to gypsy rose spontaneously to get matching tattoos and for one nose piercing… the whole team greeted us so kindly, the shop was huge, clean, and beautiful! We did the “Russian roulette” in the gum-ball machine and got the holding hands. The team was so kind and personable and they seem like they are all such good friends! They offered water and pricing was very fair-especially for walk-ins! HIGHLY recommend!

My girlfriend and I were in Houston on a work trip and decided we wanted to get tattoos together. Pixie was able to squeeze us in while we were in town and wow did she surpass all of our expectations! She took our vision and truly ran with it and created a piece we will not cherish forever. I was promptly greeted upon entry by the staff members. All areas of the facility I was present in were clean and tidy. I was seen within minutes of walking in and the piercing process was simple. I would highly recommend for all piercing needs.

100/10!! I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! From the very beginning everyone was so polite and welcoming. When you go there, go see Pixie! She was the nicest, most patient tattoo artist I’ve ever met. AND VERY GENTLE! Best customer service. She was very accommodating to my needs and actively listened to my concerns. She has lots of experience under her belt! So much so that I was literally LAUGHING while getting a tattoo in a VERY sensitive area. To my surprise, It literally tickled! It was also very affordable!!!! I originally came for their Friday the 13th special but these guys were my first tattoo! Since then I’ve gotten another tattoo from Serenity and she was super cool and time passed by with no big issue. It’s was a comfortable experience and all of the staff were super friendly. I’d recommend this place for anyone in the Houston-ish area.

Went last night to get my nose pierced. Called beforehand and the girl on the phone was very nice and professional. Got there and was greeted by my piercer who was coming to the studio same time as me. Filled out paperwork and maybe 5 minutes later I was brought back. Missie did such a great job! I was super nervous and she talked me through everything and answered all my questions.

I called to see if they could do a walk in (mind you I was driving from 45 mins away) and they said yes that Pixie would be my artist and she would be available by the time I got there. I was so happy using this shop, first I got a belly button piercing here and then decided to get a tattoo! I got my tattoo with Pixie, and she is so sweet! I absolutely love this place! I had gotten a botched tattoo back in November in my hometown so I decided to drive 4 hours to Houston and try out Gypsy Rose Studio. I had saw that all the reviews were positive and their work was amazing , I don’t regret my decision at all. Pixie redid my tattoo and made it look amazing. she added the perfect touches to it, from the shading, flowers, color.. etc. I was so happy with my piece that i went back to her just a couple weeks later for a back piece and a little finger tattoo. Her vibe is amazing and she makes sure that you’re completely comfortable throughout the entire session. Can’t wait to book my next piece with her !

I was coming into town from Louisiana and was looking for a piercing place and after reading reviews, I’m so glad I came here. I was greeted as soon I walked in. Waited 5 minutes and was pierced. Had a nice conversation with the lady that did my nipple piercing (I’m bad at names) and so glad I could trust them and there quality work. Highly recommend them. I will drive 2 and a half hours just to get a piercing from them.

I had a piercing and a tattoo done on a relatively busy night. Despite the influx of people, the staff are super kind and the ladies did amazing jobs. Pixie did my tattoo and she was the sweetest and most gentle artist I’ve ever worked with! I plan to come back to get more from her soon. I don’t think I will ever use a male artist or piercer again when I can go to Gypsy Rose and feel completely comfortable.

Friendly staff and place clean inside and outside, if there is to many people inside you have to wait outside. Surprisingly there was a nice breeze outside, so it was rather enjoyable sitting outside. Brought my daughter in for some piercings. Everything was great.

I received an amazing experience from Gypsy rose tat shop. I was trying to find a good tattoo shop that would do walk ins for piercings and I called to make sure. The person that answered the phone was professional and really nice. When I arrived everyone was super sweet and personable. When getting my piercing, Olivia, talked me through it and made the experience great for me. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking for a down to earth and really overall great experience. I have gotten 3 tattoos at this location - all by Pixie!She is literally THE BEST!! The studio is always in TIP TOP shape, absolutely clean, the staff is friendly AF, the vibe is IMMACULATE.If you are in Houston, and need a tattoo, you HAVE to come to this studio. My bff did her nose piercing there too, and she said it was such an easy experience! Families were welcome, kids were coming in with parents for ear piercings allllll dayyyy!!Another thing I LOVE about Pixie, is her advocacy of Body Positivity in her art! Coming from someone that has struggled and has been teared down with an ED - I absolutely LOVE her work and her passion for it. I am moving to Dallas soon, but I will STILL drive to Houston to have her continue doing my tattoos! ❤️

Serenity was amazing! So sweet, laid-back, punctual, accommodating (I’m indecisive as heck and she was so patient!), and great conversation with us all during and after my tattoo. I got tattooed by Serenity and it was such an amazing experience! She was so sweet and patient with me while I moved my stencil all over my arm lol. It was such a comfortable environment and great energy and the tattoo looks amazing. She pulls such clean straight thin lines and chit chatted with me the whole time. Amazing tattoo session!!!Serenity was not only extremely professional and clean but she was so gentle and so fun to talk to. My tattoo is in a spot that is not the most comfortable to get tattooed (my sternum). However, she tattoos so gently and the atmosphere was so calming that the three hour session went by so quickly. 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend serenity for any fine line work!

I had been looking for a good clean place to go! I had had some bad experiences in the past. I decided on my birthday to go up and see about getting some work done on a tattoo I already had and seeing what options I have for some future work. Long story short I was introduced to Serenity! She is so sweet and patient. From our first conversation I had no idea of her talent because she is so kind and casual. I showed her my tattoo, explained my concern, and gave her my vision for my small special piece. She just got me and what I wanted! It was later in the night and they were close to closing but I had no idea or eve felt rushed. She took her time and made what I thought was a bad tattoo into something I am so proud to have now! She really took the time to ask me what I saw for my piece and what I wanted in my tattoo. I asked her how long she has been doing this and to my surprise not long! You would never know it! She is talented beyond measure and her ability to be so good to her client is an even added bonus! If you want a strong female tattoo artist you can trust! Call her!!

I got my very first tattoo done today! The service was just a breath of fresh air from getting a consultation with Matthew (who is so frkn nice) to getting my tattoo done by Pixie! I instantly felt so comfortable and welcome! Pixie made sure I was okay and comfortable through the whole process (I got a half sleeve) and she is seriously so kind and SO talented!!! I definitely will be coming back to add!

Honestly had the BEST experience and I’m not even kidding. I really wanted to get my septum done and I finally got around to it because I found Gypsy Rose Tattoo! I was a walk in and honestly the wait was not long at all. The staff that were around were so sweet and I instantly felt so comfortable!! My piercer was Olivia and man she was the kindest soul. This was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. She was so kind and reassuring about everything! We talked and I enjoyed her company so much! I’m so glad I came in today! I had a piercing that rejected 3xs already and I gave up because after doing some research, the piercers I went to were using the wrong bar. I called around different shops and couldn’t find anyone who actually had the right one that wouldn’t reject again. After talking with Missie, not only did she have the rod I needed but she was able to quickly pierce it for me. I love her entire vibe and the other staff there. I feel better about this piercing and have a list of others I’m definitely coming back to her to get once this one heals. She has a repeat customer for sure🙌

Fable was incredibly thorough, kind, and very much on top of sterile technique during the whole process -- not to mention very easy to talk to during the procedure. During the aftercare period, I was able to reach out to Fable with questions I had and she answered quickly and was very knowledgeable in her answers. I went in for the Roulette Tattoo machine. I was recommended to come here by my friend and let me tell you, NEVER AGAIN. I have a lot of tattoos so I’ve been to many tattoo shops and I have never been treated with such disrespect like I was here. Not only do they not tell you about the roulette “rules” before you pay, but the $80 tattoos are way too simple and honestly distasteful. I asked to add 3 letters to my tattoo because I felt ripped off and wanted to make it at least worth the $80 and I wasn’t picky about font or size either. I told them I just wanted the Initials. But instead of talking directly to me, the front desk person and the tattoo artist whispered and giggled about me and my question in the corner 4 ft away from me. Then they tell me I would have to pay an extra $50 for the 3 letters. I wish it ended there, but no. When the tattoo artist comes out, my friend tells her she wants the tattoo on her thigh and points to her thigh but the artist says in the most demeaning way “this is your thigh, and this is your hip” trying to make my friend feel stupid. I also feel I should mention that while we were waiting for the artist, another customer entered wanting a piercing and was obviously trying to be discreet while the front desk person loudly made it known to all of us that she was getting her nipples pierced. I felt so bad for the customer. The whole situation was just very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I will never be going back that’s for sure.

My consult was pretty short but I sent all my reference images to Jason over FB messenger and he had the drawing ready to go when I walked in the door. He was adaptable and professional, able to incorporate little changes as we went. Shading and line work is beautiful and coloring is fantastic

I got two tattoos and an industrial piercing all in one week because this shop is awesome! I got one by Pixie on Wednesday, loved her and her professionalism and her work, got a piercing by Marquesa (sorry I might have spelled her name wrong) and she was also super great and very helpful and sweet during the process. Then I went back and got another tattoo three days later by Serenity who is, hands down, truly amazing. I’m currently booked to start an arm piece with her later this month. Love this place, everyone was knowledgeable and very nice throughout both of my experiences. I recommend Gypsy Rose 10/10!!

Salty took on a great task helping create and perfect my custom Avengers tattoos. We had very rough drafts and he has done so great with the first three. There are more to come and I am excited to see how the whole piece turns out. Miss Pixie did an amazing job. I got an ankle wrap (poppies and vine work) as well as fixing up my edelweiss on my wrist. She really got the color packed in on both and her line work is solid. The facility is clean and the employees are all friendly and professional.

Very friendly staff and the cleanliness of the establishment was up to appropriate standards as well. Everyone was wearing a mask and gloves. Went in to get my septum pierced early in the day. Although the first two times didnt go too well, we were able to get it pierced on the third try. The piercer was very apologetic, but stuff happens and I wasnt too worried about it. I love it and would definitely recommend this place to anybody else looking for a piercing.
