For personal safety stay away from this ghetto Amazon locker, even during the day. Why put a locker at this dangerous location, and risk reliability? I have no issues with other Amazon lockers located in stores or at relative safe locations.

Very convinient. Best way to receive mail. They hold your item for a few days and sometimes up to a week.

I reserved a locker through amazon to return a pair of shoes, which said the box should not be bigger than 18 x 14 x 12 inches. My box met these requirements. However, the locker I was assigned was 6 inches tall or less. I wouldnt have even been able to fit the original shoebox in it without the extra packing. Not worth using an amazon locker if you can use UPS instead.

The process was awesome but its in a ghetto neighborhood and a bunch of bums everywhere. It would be nice to have these on Kingwood . Doesnt feel safe at this location
