John has been the inspector on two houses we have looked into buying. Both times he has been very communicative and willing to answer the additional questions we’ve had. He’s even asked if we had any specific concerns before completing the inspection. If we ever need another inspection completed, we will not hesitate to call GreenWorks. Inspector Rashid Ansari was ahead of his scheduled arrival and inspected every portion of the house thoroughly. He also satisfactorily answered all my questions. His inspection report was also in detail and clear with all the pictures.

I am so impressed. I called on Thursday after my contract was ratified, and GreenWorks scheduled the next day. The inspector arrived on time, and conducted a thorough review, that included infrared scanning and termite inspection. He was very professional and answered all questions.

Rashid Ansari went well above and beyond, performing the inspection of what will be our new home in a few weeks. Easy to work with, online scheduling available which was great. I was asked to reschedule by the seller at the last minute but Greenworks was both understanding and accommodating of this request. At the time of my inspection, both inspectors at my site were friendly and seemed well prepared. They were both able to address some small concerns and respond to questions confidently. Michael seems to have taken his time with my inspection but still got the report back to me SAME DAY.

We purchased a package deal for a new home construction with Green Works Inspection. They have been with us through every phase of the building process. Cedric and Craig came out for our final inspection. They spent a great deal of time looking over all the components--structural, electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc. They were on time and extremely thorough in their explanation of all of the areas of concern. Tony is my inspector when I bought a house in Montgomery. He did the inspection two times, and each time he answered my questions patiently. The reinspection was scheduled in short time, and he was able to make it during the Easter Sunday so that I can get the report earlier. Highly recommended to anyone needs a house inspection.

The inspection report we received did identify some minor problem areas that needed to be addressed, but also was filled with tons of boilerplate language and information that appeared to be simply copy and pasted and was meaningless to the actual situation and house being inspected. A few leaves in the gutter merited as many photos as the AC unit!The inspector also made mistakes, such as stating the fireplace was wood burning, when the gas jet is readily apparent, so that wasnt even tested. A photo from the attic with assumed mold growth led to a recommendation for another inspection by a qualified mold inspector this time, which costs more $$$ of course. It ended up being easily identified as dust and dirt, but frightened us that there was mold in the home.Most every item in fact suggested we explore it further with a Professional and certain items that were very subjective did leave us much confidence in the inspectors findings. Overall underwhelmed and will not use GreenWorks in the future.
