Nice place friendly you and clean

This company is a complete joke. I was dealing with Jim Ricks and was given the run around over garage inserts for over 2 months and he was not concerned with helping me out because as Jim put it I was buying a $20 item when they can be selling other items for thousands of dollars. On top of that Jim told me the items were shipped to me on two separate occasions which I never received either one and I believe the items were never shipped to begin with and I was lied to. I own my own business and I treat ALL of my customers the same and this company obviously does not feel this way. I felt extremely insulted and had to call almost daily and was always told by Jim I will call you right back and never received a single phone call back. I am planning to upgrade my garage door in the next year to a higher end wood door and I absolutely will NOT be calling Clopay as my experience with this company was beyond awful. If you are in the market for a garage door or garage door parts take my advice and stay away from this company. They are horrendous!!

Placed an order and they lost my order and which I waited for three weeks to come in, I went somewhere else.
