My name is Meg Jerome and Vacations To Go was the best place i ever worked at in my life. The culture there was amazing. There was no hierarchy issues, no crazy rules, everyone was so pleasant. You also could make a lot of money if you worked hard. The best part of the job was your clients. Because of Covid, a majority of us got furloughed, it was tough, and they fought for us to stay, but the govt screwed VTG on the business loan thing so many had to go. I never got to tell my clients goodbye. I loved them all so much. They were like family. These were strangers i talked to over the phone for years and never met and they were family to me. I really hope they all have faired well during this pandemic. When all of this is over use VTG!! It’s really the best. We work for free for our clients, we get paid a stipend from the travel companies, so you’ll never see any hidden fees from us on your bill. This company really is the way to go!

They offer payment plans. You pay and deposit and then pay as you go before your trip begins. It’s a freest way to see the world and not have to pay a load of money at once.

Booked a cruise on Costa Cruises for our 20th anniversary. Due to COVID we cancelled on March 2nd...the cruise line charged a 25% penalty of 599.00 which I am trying to dispute because the cruise was ultimately cancelled; however is is now July 4th and i have NOT received my original refund of over 1900 and they have not helped me at all..they just told me to call Costa directly...I feel they should help me get ALL of my money back since I paid it to them...They just keep eithet telking me to keep waiting or they ignore me

It being our first cruise & meeting another couple from a different state we had many questions. Planned a vacation for the entire family. At the last minute, had to change bookings to just my wife and daughter. My agent took the time to correct the changes. He also explained to me why some of the other plans I found on my own were cheaper. They do not add the cost of baggage, or you have to arrange your own transfers from hotel to resort...etc. They had a great time in Cancun. We plan on using Vacations To Go again to book our trip next year.

Weve been clients of Vacations to Go for a few years, and also a few friends, from different states, have also used them and have had great experiences.They are there when you need them to resolve problems. One extreme example was friends of ours had a flight delay out of Ohio to Bucharest; the agent at that time, Quentin, (we are now working with Briton, who is also very helpful and great to work with) worked hard to get different flights out of Ohio, to New York, and connecting flights to Bucharest. From what they told us, it was a lot of nail-biting, but they cannot speak enough about how Vacations to Go worked hard to get them to Bucharest, in less than 24 hours. Quentin also made adjustments on Optional Excursions, etc., making our friends happy at what was done on their behalf. The tour director on that tour was very knowledgeable and great.Our current agent, Briton, seems to be in the same mode as Quentin was: Very responsive, both when we were searching for tours, as well as answering various questions that arose.Our last 2 tours this year - one in April for Italy and another in Canada Rockies in September - were also well-handled. During the Italy tour, I had an issue with one of the local guides, and the tour director handled it quickly to our satisfaction. On the Rockies tour, some challenges came up, and the tour director also handled it quickly and without us missing anything. A few years ago, we had a Cambodia/Vietnam tour, and that tour director was also great. You may call it lucky, but weve been fortunate in having great tour direcctors that resolves problems quickly, and in some cases, avoid problems entirely - plus very knowledgeable and ... available practically 24/7, even giving out cell numbers, which also came in handy one time when we were lost on our own.

I have been on all seven continents since I retired (most several times). I have traveled with the help of good tour directors, not so good tour directors and lousy tour directors. We just returned from a river cruise through Holland , Germany and rail to Paris. It was a wonderful trip, especially at this time of year when the leaves and vineyards were in spectacular color. The tour was organized well and we had to expend little effort to have a good time. The staterooms were very nice and the ships staff made one feel welcome. Paris was a fun way to cap off a wonderful trip.

I went on the the Splendor of Egypt (12/25/15 - 01/01/16). It was amazing. Someone was inside the airport to greet me..took my passport, got my visa and escorted me through Immigration and Customs. Vehicle transported me to my Hotel (Marriott which is a 5 star). Flew to Aswan and boarded the Aswan & Luxor Nile Cruise which was awesome. The tour guides both in Cairo and the cruise were both knowledgeable, kind, sensitive to our needs and overall great people. I had no issues or concerns with security. Did not see anything that make me feel unsafe. I would recommend this trip to anyone. My experience using Vacations To Go was great. No issues. Overall, great experience and would definitely use them again for my next trip which I am planning to India.

We spent a 7 day cruise on the Carnival Glory from Aug 22-29, 2015. This was the best value for our money vacation we have had in 25 years. My family (+7 others) we had a great time on the Italian Mosiac Tour. The Tour Guide Giacomo was great, hotels were good to excellent, we liked the locations within the cities, food was superior too. Working with Vacations To Go staff was very good. We had a small blip in the beginning because our initial contact left the firm and his replacement had to reassemble all of the moving pieces of our trip. In the end, everything worked out perfectly. Just returned from my first cruise booked with Vacations To Go and could not be more happy!! I like to get the best deal possible and was upset when I saw how cheap the same cruise was being offered by Vacations To Go, as I had already paid a deposit elsewhere, but even after I cancelled my original booking and lost my deposit, I still saved around £700 sterling off the brochure price and Kevin my cruise advisor was helpful, professional and always available to answer questions no matter how trivial. I also got on board spending dollars with my booking.I will definitely be using Vacations To Go again in the future!!!!

In July, we cruised the Mediterranean on the Royal Princess. We had a fabulous time and Vacations To Go made the planning and booking painless! This is second time booking with them, but not the last! Great prices and great service!

Recently, two friends and I boarded the Norwegian Dawn for a cruise from Boston, MA to Quebec City. Although the ship appears somewhat older than other cruise ships, it was beautifully maintained with friendly staff, excellent food, great excursions offered and good entertainment. Each of us had our own rooms, which were well appointed and we felt we were lucky to have Victor as our steward. He was amazing and thoughtful, helpful and courteous. We felt as if we were his only guests! There is no doubt that we would consider taking another Norwegian cruise, using Vacations to Go, with their friendly, efficient staff. We used Vacations to Go for a 4 day Key West tour out of Miami in September. I thought the service was next to none and we were contacted on all points of relevance.We joined the cruise after 3 nights in Miami south beach and it was all systems go. We were already knowing of the cabin , due to online booking, so doing the usual custom thing was a doddle. Once on board we were asked if we required drinks package etc. This was discussed in detail by Vacations to Go previously and we decided to wait until knowing the full set up. We travel as a pair and it all depends on the company you meet on board. We found our table companions for dinner charming and this then lead to after dinner drinks etc so the package was purchased. We enjoyed the whole experience and will do again Thanks
