We recently purchased a 2004 CAT 345BL excavator from Sam at Mico Cranes and Equipment. This machine was exported to Jamaica. Sam was very honest, helpful and patient during the purchasing process. He worked very hard to ensure the specifications of the machine was what we need for our business. The machine was shipped in a timely manner and everything is exactly as was described. We will definitely be purchasing from Sam again.

The machine was exactly the way it was advertised. After I bought the machine he helped me to do the transportation and also made arrangements to containerised the machine as it was going overseas.He has got all the contacts in this trade and it is very easy to work with. I recently purchased a piece of equipment from Sam at Mico Cranes & Equipment. I found Sam to be very honest and straight forward. He completed repairs to the machine per our agreement. After delivery we had a serious problem with the machine and even though it was sold without warranty, Sam stepped up and helped out with solving the problem. I recommend him as a trustworthy source for equipment.

Bought an old Motor Grader from Sam. He gave me all the info i asked for and I sent a bank transfer and a Truck to pick it up. When I received the machine, it was exactly what he told me and the condition was even better. Very good honest guy to deal with.

Mico crane rented property with us. He is honest and we had no issues with him. The Furqan post is baseless.

During over a year of business premises occupancy in Houston, He was always difficult to collect rent and his dues. Used COVID-19 to benefit and did not pay rent and left the premises in bad shape without paying rent and dues.Samad Yazdani owner of Mico Cranes and Muhammad Ghufran (my brother) replied very unexpected..... if there was not any truth none of them needed not to reply. My brother always had the tendency to follow the wrongful. I rented the property not Muhammad Ghufran, Samad Yazdani paid him rent under the table.....My point was clear and proven for those who understand.... Both Samad Yazdani and Muhammad Ghufran both has same dishonest and fearful people. Samad Yazdani went to file lawsuit against his brothers, and his own mother disowned him.I would cautious doing business with someone who can not be trusted by his own brothers and mother..... my advise was to make sure cover all ends doing business with .....Samad Yazdani, people like him can not be involved in the family, these Pakistani muslims have a thing of superiority, God chosen one, low impulse control, pathological, they live in their own judged righteousness.
