Adelove is scam. The workers are all liars. I paid for an air freight from Nigeria to the US on June 2, 2021. I paid half a million naira for the cargo. Till today, Aug. 12, I have not received my goods. They continued to lie about my goods. Right now, nobody answers calls. Please, don’t waste your money on Adelove shipping.

We should be allowed to rate below 1 star. This company is probably a scam. Their customer service is shocking! They do not return calls or respond to messages. I was told it would take 2 weeks to have my package delivered, it is going to 2 months and I still do not have an update. Serious legal actions need to be initiated. You have no right to mess with people like this. Most of the items would have spoilt by now because they were perishable. It is pure wickedness and evil. I regret not doing further research before engaging them.

Update: still have not received package.currently still waiting on package that they supposedly shipped on june 11 and its the end of July and still have not received it. I keep going to the office they say oh its in Europe. Come back next week. Then they say its in customs. Then i come back again and they say customs has not released it. These people do not know what they are doing. They keep lying about everything. Shipping should not take more than 2 weeks and now it been almost two months. I shipped a package with this company to Nigeria since March 6th and today is May 21st, folks in Nigeria still haven’t received the package. They keep giving me a runaround. Adelove shipping company is a scam because they collect money for air cargo and they put your packages on sea shipping.If you ever receive your good you will be happy said by a friend.Yet,they will not pick up your call and update you about your package.A useless company that will not issue a receipt for you immediately that will be sending receipt to you 2 to 3 days of your transaction with them.My package is over 21 working days after paying for $174.14 for 35kg for my mum to receive it at their Ibadan office.This is crazy.Dont use Adelove shipping,they are the worst shipping company ever.

Sent some stuffs including clothe materials and some perishable food items from their Ibadan office since July 13th and I was told it will take just 3 weeks to get to their office in Indiana. As of August 25th that I am giving this review, I am yet to receive my parcel. I call their phone number almost everyday but no on picks the call. I try to send them an email but it bounced back. Their website is no longer opening. My sister went to their office in Ibadan but she was told that they have already sent it and if I havent received it then it means the parcel is lost in transit, and their is nothing they can do about it. Are you kidding me? I spent over N200k to get the stuffs and I paid N137k for shipping and you are telling me you have no way of tracking parcels. How will I even know if you really shipped the items, you could easily have opened the parcel in Ibadan and shared the items amongst yourself an then pocket the shipping fee as well. And the mot annoying thing is that there are herbs meant to be used for our new born baby in the parcel which is making me really very livid right now.

Ms. Ore went above and beyond in customer service. My packages arrived at her facility and one was damaged and needed to be repackaged. She contacted and showed me the damaged package and then she repackaged it before shipping to Nigeria. All of my packages arrived safe and in good order. Considering shipping more than once with this company, I would highly recommend them to my friends. I dont know any of the workers neither am I payed to give this review. This is my honest review and the business transactions I have done with this shipping company.

Adelove shipping has an integrity problem and should not be recommended to a friend. I gave them 3 good cars to ship to Nigeria in January this year and as at date i have not received my cars, which i intended to use during my stay in the country. The freight paid before pick up but sadly these cars arrived lagos 2 months ago and Adelove has not paid freight to the shipping company Grimaldi, thereby denying me access to my cars,. I made several calls and text messages to his phones but no response, verbal or written. So if you dont want to have heart attack better look elsewhere.

This is the worst shipping company anyone can ever do business with. You pay for cargo but they put your package on the sea just to make more profits not minding if you receive it timely. I have sent a package from Nigeria containing fish and other food stuffs that could get rotten since April 27. Its almost 2 months now I am yet to receive my package and no one is picking my call. 1 Star for ADELOVE Shipping is too much. I sent a parcel Air Cargo from Indianapolis and it took over 2 months to arrive in Abuja. In the whole process there is noone to speak with, no communication on your parcel, nothing.When my package finally arrived, I was told shipping from Indiana takes more time and to send to Houston where I was guaranteed a 10day delivery from Air Freight, behold a month later the package is still not delivered, they wont pick up the phone or return messages or emails. I would absolutely stay away from ADELOVE.Talk less of my sea cargo which has been over 6 months and still not delivered, and as is their pratice they wont even tell you where the package is.

So disappointing, my package was not on time, 10 working days became 20 working days, I excused my 1st shipping experience with them, but this second one, I will not ignore and both times I was over charged. Adelove Shipping company is not a reliable company. It took them 8 months to ship a car (container) from the USA to Nigeria.Their staff are not professional in dealing with customer issues.No proper communication with customers regarding the shipment.This is my honest review about the company.

Horrible experience.I shipped a car and goods worth $26,000 via container on February 17th. As at the time of writing this review (July 6th), I have no clue on where the consignment is. I have called Adelove shipping several times, the few times they answered the phone, nobody could give me any reliable information. I even sent my brother to their office in Houston, they are not helping. I have read comments on this platform from frustrated customers like me. I will be starting a class action suit against this company soon. Stay tuned.

As I write, my equipments have not been delivered, I paid $1000.00 cash to have two units of HP printers shipped to Nigerian since August of last year. So far my $1000.00 is as good as lost and my equipment worth thousands of $ is in limbo. Nobody has an answer. I dropped my items in the office in Houston after a 4.5 hour drive from Tyler Texas and this is what I get, my mistake was because I tried to do business with a Nigerian owned company. So far no one can tell me what happened to my items and the money I paid them. The equipments I tried to ship were meant for my brother who just graduated as a graphic artist, his hopes dashed because of Adelove shipping service. I played my part. It only cost $2600 to rent a shipping container and I paid them $1000.00 plus about $300 in tips to the workers and I got nothing nothing nothing. All I’ve been getting is runarounds and now no one is picking up calls anymore.

Thia is the worst shipping company I have seen. I shipped two wadrope package since Dec 2020 and until today June 14th 2021, I am yet to receive my package. They didnt give me a clear explanation of where my goods are.

In my experience Adelove is quite responsive and has always delivered reliably. Ore and the others work hard to keep customers happy. I feel the company could use some more organization since there is no automated reporting or tracking and sometimes you have to connect with multiple people to get basic info about your shipment. However, Adelove is a great shipper with great rates.

My shipment (wardrobe U-Haul size) since November of 2020 from San Antonio to Lagos hasn’t been accounted for. They stopped picking calls and responding to messages. Every means to reach them proofs abortive. I wish someone told me this, use this shipping company at your risks.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! They didnt deliver my package in time for flight as instructed and when I spoke with them they didnt show any sense of urgency for my concerns. My package was shipped from Nigeria to Texas and the Houston location was to deliver it to the Dallas location but somehow my pkg was the only pkg not included in the transfer and the lady in the Houston office claimed my address wasnt on file but the other gentleman saw that it was and asked why they didnt send the pkg and they didnt have an answer. After countless calls to them asking for an update they finally texted me a picture of a packing slip which showed my pkg wouldnt arrive until AFTER my flight departs, and in my pkg was my dress for a wedding Im attending

This business is a fraud. Items shipped via air since February 12 are yet to arrive in Nigeria. When you call them about it, they lie and if you press them for more information, they become rude and insulting. A Woman who is supposed to an Assistant Manager was shockingly rude to me and hung up the phone on me.Read the comments on their Instagram posts to see how they respond or ignore posts from aggrieved customers that are victims of their fraud, compared to how they respond to New potential customers or praise singers.

They are just taking the bad Nigerian business mentality and displaying it in the US. Terrible customer service! My items got to Nigeria after 3 weeks of sending by air cargo. No one called me but went to inquire where I sent it on hwy 6 Houston only to be informed it just got to Nigeria and can go pick it up. The person to collect went to Lagos office and one Ibrahim insisted he must pay Demurage. I asked to talk to the guy and asked him when did the items arrive and evidence of them contacting us? he returned the phone back without answering me practically dropping the call. I told my staff to leave and not pay and the Ibrahim now gave the parcel to him still after lot of argument.He could still not give the date it arrived and when the company called, which they never did. Its either the staffs in Lagos are mischievous or if the company is aware of this practice I rest my case🤷‍♂️.An Ethiopian Lady attended to me the first time I wanted to drop the parcel with excellent customer service and working with an ownership spirit. That is the only reason I returned to send the parcel through them.Not impressed with the organisation.

If I can give zero Star I would.My first experience with Adelove shipping was on Dec.5th 2020 and this has been the worse experience I have had in recent times.I had shipment of 58kg and was charged 4850naira per kg with a bill of 287,300naira.I requested that I make payment in both naira and dollar. A payment of 100,000naira was made in Nigeria while the rest of the bill was covered in dollar with a conversion rate of 475naira to a dollar and a payment of $394.32 was made through Zelle.Moments later I got a message that the conversion rate was wrong stating its ought to be 354naira to dollar. So I said I cannot afford to pay the difference that I will take my stuffs back and will no longer ship it.I took my stuffs back and till today Dec. 23rd 2020, 18days after I have been calling and emailing for my refund of over $600 altogether and still dont have it.Im hoping someone from the company will read this and get the issue resolved in a timely manner

The worst shipping company so far, shipped a box with them since early February, was told it will take 10 business days to get to Nigeria, its now more than a month, no information from them and they ignore their calls. I wont ship with this company anymore

While i will leave my initial comment below, I will post this here.I think this business do not understand the importance of customer service. If i do not get a call from the CEO of this business to register my displeasure, then i make make all phone calls, chats and correspondence see what useless set of people runs this business.I will be downgrading my rating to 1 star, and if i dont get an update as per my request, i will drop my full chat with their customer service and even phone call conversations.Why will an organization who claims to be customer-centric tell me she doesnt know when my good will be arriving, after i have spent a month waiting....._________I gave 4 star because of a particular staff by name Leye Banjo, since He is my only source of truth and information.I belive Adelove still has a long way to go regarding their operations and customer service if Im to compare with other competitors.In terms of cost, I think they are ok. Ill recommend more details regarding costing of items as it appears /lbs and battery is not the only factor that determines the cost of service.With respect to tracking, I believe Adelove is still far from start.Packaging of items requires work as different items I received the last time was received just the way it was shipped to to them by Amazon. I expected my items to be merged together just like when they started a long time ago, but it seems that has changed.Ill return here to review in 3 days when my items in transit arrives Lagos and have been received by me.In summary. They are good but can be better if the above are addressed.

This shipping company makes things difficult for their customers. They hardly take their calls just for me to know wgen my goods will to the destination, I called them for days and they could not take the calls. I had to leave work to go physically to their office and when the goods finally gets to destination, they refused to release the goods because the receiver did not produce a payment receipt after showing them warehouse invoice. Is the reciever the person that paid? Dont you guys have record of who has paid or not. Adenovirus should improve and stop making shipping process look so stressful.
