#1 From the very first phone call, it was a wonderful experience. I called them and told them what I was looking for. They assured me they could help me and setup an appointment for the next morning.#2 When I arrived, they had already pulled up a photo to discuss with me. The fitting for the clothes was quick and we found a perfect match. The costume was a hit at the party!#3 When returning the costume, they were great and very conversational. They asked about my event, talked with my son, and took time to help us anyway they could.I engaged with 4 or 5 different people during this process and every single one of them were a delight. I highly recommend them.

Great service and great costume. I will certainly be back. They are a bit expensive but definitely worth the extra cost. The garments are high quality.

This is the absolute best place to rent a costume. They have everything and the Costume Coordinators really know what they are doing. Whatever you are looking for...just ask! They are also doing costume rentals via email during Covid, which is cool.

We had so much fun shopping for an Ursula costume! The staff was excellent! Very attentive, they helped us pic the perfect costume! We were there for hours trying on clothes and wigs. They have a huge selection of props and costumes to choose from.Excellent customer service!!!! I highly recommended them and there prices are excellent too!!!!!

My husband stumbled across their website when searching for costumes for his themed birthday party. We saw that they rented so we decided to check out their shop. The lady who met us at the door was extremely helpful. She showed us our options, of which we had plenty, and at no point did she ever make us feel rushed. She was patient and friendly. Being rentals, the costumes have your typical wear and tear. A missing button here, a missing snap there. They take care of these things for you, though. The only con was that she forgot to sew on a snap that was missing from the dress, but a safety pin came to the rescue and I wore the costume with no problems. We will rent from them again!

I visited the new Performing Arts Supply Costume Shop today for a fitting and it was fantastic! Their vast collection of cotumes and knowledge is unsurpassed in this city. The warehouse is very clean, organized and you can tell that everyone who works there really cares about what they do. Their costumes are fabulous and they are very knowledgable about fitting and very professional in all aspects of costuming for productions, from Opera, Theater, Musical Theater to any other reason you may need a costume.
