Our law firm worked with some other guy who would fix our copier but would always take forever to show up, sometimes it would take days. we need our central copier unit at all times because we have Four major departments in our firm. I called Blake, he was very nice on the phone and assured me he would be here in 20 minutes, and he was. He fixed our computer and all was smooth sailing. We ended up buying a another copier machine from him that he recommended based on our work load. The machine works great, he calls us every so often just to make sure we are OK. We recently had a jam in the machine, I called him and he was in the office within 10 minutes. He fixed the jam and did a quick checkup on all our other settings to make sure all was well and to ensure that there would be no further jams.HE IS HONEST AND RELIABLE AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY AND ALL BIG OR SMALL BUSINESSES THAT RELY ON THEIR COPY MACHINES IN HIGH VOLUME ON A DAILY BASIS.If you need to buy one, consult with him first and buy from him.

They came out same day and got my machine running again at a very reasonable price. CopierMAX explained what happened to cause the malfunction and what we could do to prevent it from happening again. The whole office could function again, finally!
