Bait and Switch specialists they will take a photo of a different computer, and when you get the computer its a broken white glass all over the place. It seems they smashed a perfect looking computer screen, for the shipping insurance money. Anything they can do to make a buck, do not buy from these fraudsters. See photos 1st pic is what they show & advertise 2nd , 3rd , and what they will send you, a bag or rocks...They rip everything out of units..Contacted assistant DA and Sheriffs department.

Requested itemised for our billing department so that we can bill per unit versus a lump sum. I felt, Amit of VP Operations, was rude through the email by not wishing to even speak about why we needed itemised. Was willing to give only $250 for 7 different types of desktop computers totalling about 13-14 units and 20-25 enterprise level servers and this was only if the hard drives was included to be destroyed. If no harddrives provided they would come and pick up the items for free. When they previously offered 3k for just the servers alone. Will not call back for business. I personally will avoid this company.

I have never been compelled to write a review of a company online before, but this company is just awful. Slow, deceitful, poor service, faulty products. Admitted to lying to me, purposefully sent me a different product entirely when I asked for an exchange for a unit that matched their description. STAY AWAY.Update: Took a month but they resolved the situation.

I had the pleasure of being associated with Rakicomp for over a decade. They have consistently performed according to our expectations. Rakicomp inorporates environmental measures while recycling our hard drive, electronic and other equipments. I would recommend them for any company in Houston, Texas that wants to have a secured data destruction and recycling of their electronic equipments at a right price.

Sold me defective hp switches. When I looked inside, there were blown parts and chinese handwritten labels near the blackened area (they probably say defective).After I sent back the switches, they stopped communicating with me and tried to stall until the return period had timed out. I finally had to ask for Ebays assistance and appealed my case through them before getting my money back.Not recommended at all.

Finally i found a solution in my issue and RAKI computers reward me with a full refund for afaulty motherboard.I think that RAKI computer recycling, cares about quality and customer services and i recommend itfor ebay byers.
