I would like to Thank Adi again, at first I had anxiety , he is very knowledgeable and help me to move forward and get connected to my computer. When we getting back to what the normal was, I will definitely consider purchasing the extended service, as well as recommend this service.

We were having major technical problems with a 4-yr-old HP Printer that was crashing every day. I tried all of the rebooting techniques I had learned from previous machines to no avail. Onwukwe resolved all printer problems by doing remote clean-up of drivers and services that had stopped running, installing a network security software system, and working with us on the hardware to re-align and reboot printer. We also signed up for 1 year of technical support, which came with todays network security and printer fix. I am so happy we have found this service company!

Aaron was most patient, efficient, polite and extremely accommodating when trying to install the faulty HP Office Jet Pro 9015 printer.It was most frustrating to spend a couple hours trying to install the cartridges and to learn I need to physically return this new & faulty printer so I can get a refund. This, of course, is not Aarons fault. Its HPs.I am a 79 year old with asthma and do not appreciate the fact that I have to physically go into a store to return this and get my refund. Then I have to find another printer that will meet my criteria and have it delivered.Again, I greatly compliment Aaron. for EVERYTHING & look forward to working with him in the future!.
