Great customer service items always ready on time. She has done many things for me besides Just Alterations my son is very small and she literally cut up a cumberbund and put it back together so we would quit having to tie his in a knot because it did not have enough adjustment

She did a great job hemming my pants; the seam was practically invisible. She only accepts cash though, but her prices for her quality of work are super reasonable. For time frame wise, she takes about 4-5 days. I had to pick my pants up later than that, and she was more than willing to hold them for me, which was super nice of her.

First off, be prepared to pay in cash. Other than that, the owner does a wonderful job at the right prices. I went here to get my pant legs shortened and she did a wonderful job. Just give her a few days and youre good!

I called about 5 other tailors in the area and her prices were the lowest! Excellent service as well! She tailored my scrub pants and a pair of men’s shorts and had them ready very quickly! The quality was great and she matched the seam stitch perfectly!

Shes kind and fast and has the items ready when promised.So far Ive only had 2 Dress pants altered and it was $12.99 per pair.Ill definitely keep going back.

The seamstress, Ms. Jeanie, has very competitive and has inexpensive prices. However, the parking lot is really small and it has a blind corner alley. This location is at the corner of El Camino Real and NASA Road One. Jeanie can do quick alteration in 1 or 2 days if you need, although she usually takes about 4 to 5 days. The quick alterations are at NO extra charge.

The reason I went here was the sign $5.99 which is a very very deceptive. I needed a quick seam repair on a bed sheet, less than 10 minutes of work. I had to bring in the piece before she would quote. I expected less than $10, when she quoted 18.99, it wasnt worth it. Wish I had not wasted the time.

I went to this place because its very close to where I live. I got my clothing quoted at 12 bucks, I paid the money and left. About 5 days later I come back to pick up my clothes and she tells me that itll be 14 dollars because SHE forgot to charge me for a button. The money isnt the issue, Its principle. Wasnt a fan of that and I dont think I should have to pay for that mistake. In conclusion the work was good, but watch out for getting over charged.

Great and fast work at extremely good prices: (1) rescued my wifes wedding dress at the last minute by quickly repairing major damage; and (2) amazingly was able to fix two pairs of suit pants that, although custom made, had turned out too tight. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. Jenny is professional and a true craftsman. I actually feel more comfortable buying clothes, b/c I know she can tailor anything to make it look perfect.

The little lady that works in there is very nice. She did a special edition sports jersey for me and they only had one size at the game(XXL) I’m a medium to a large and so anyways she did a hem job for me and then an alteration as well for $24 (seems high but the jersey meant a lot to me and she did work a few hours on it!) was done the next day! HATE THE PARKING THOUGH!!! BEWARE!

The shop owner was extremely friendly and not only did she make me feel comfortable getting my dress altered, but she did it within a matter of days at short notice. Ill definitely go back to her if I ever need anything fitted
