Today I will be canceling my service of 2 years with Maid Brigade. The first time they came, for deep cleaning, I was pleased, so I requested the same crew for my regular service. They were good, but then after awhile they didn’t even pick up items to dust under and around them, and barely ran a mop over floors. When I complained, they sent someone to completely re-clean my place. A new crew was then assigned at my request. Friday I came home to find, after my calling to request special attention to floors, and garbage to not be put outside front door, that neither request had been honored. The floor to my patio still had my own shoe prints on it, kitchen counters still hadn’t been cleaned in three areas, fridge handles hadn’t even been wiped down, and bathroom counter top still had some hair on it I’d missed when cleaning it after my dog’s recent hair cut. I’m so disappointed. These guys will start out to impress, but aren’t worth the money. Friday’s cleaning was the worst cleaning job I’ve ever had.

The ladies cleaned ok. Some things I see around like corners on my floor are still dirty and some spots on my counters weren’t wiped down very well. I was suppose to have 2 people but 3 ladies came which is fine but at the end I was charged 233 and I feel it was a bit much for the overall quality. At first they looked a little uncomfortable which made me feel a little uncomfortable. Not using them again.

I use this company for monthly cleaning services and Im always pleased with the service. We requested a deep clean this month and they did a great job! The quotes they provide are accurate and the service they provide is always as promised. I was able to make special requests for things like extra vacuuming in our bedroom where our dogs sleep and more hair accumulates. I also requested fridge and oven cleaning. The staff wear masks while theyre here and they use the best products to clean. Im so grateful for their professional and friendly staff!

A crew cleaned my home earlier this month and I have already scheduled them again for the second time. We did a deep cleaning the first time. I will have them do their standard and add a couple of tasks on their next visit - sort of an a la Carte option.I was very happy. I’m only giving three Stars, one for each lady who came to my home. This will be my first and last time using Maid Brigade courtesy of Jessica. She’s a manager and she is rude. She cuts you off when you’re trying to ask a question and lacks active listening skills. I appreciate Esmeralda’s courtesy and thoroughness when I initially scheduled however, what was communicated with me doesn’t seem to be what’s reflected in the email I received — so I asked questions — nor what Jessica is saying. Kudos to the ladies who showed, up but Jessica misses the mark with customer service. Maybe it’s an off day but apart of quality service is not cutting off your customer.

My grandchildren were here when they came and even they commented about how good the house smelled and looked. Little kids say it like it is. I told them, I know! This is why I keep asking them to come back. Thank you so much!

I have been using Maid Brigade for years. They even moved across town with me without any interruption of service or quality. Very trustworthy employees and always do a great job. Worth every penny.

N doing their first clean of the house things were great. Each week they came afterwards big things were missed (obvious dusting skipped in multiple areas). The first two times these things were missed I simply asked that they remember to address them when they came the following times. This week one of the items I had referenced was skipped again so I did let them come back out to remedy the issue. Upon their departure, it was discovered that they still did not pick up the items on the mantle, only dusted around them, leaving easily visible dust under the legs of the items. When I emailed to let them know this was still not satisfactory (and sent pictures where you could see the line of dust under the legs of the items) I was told the mantle is too high for them to dust. The mantle sits at 53 and they had a step stool they used on other visits. Seems odd it was accessible on their first few visits, but not on future visits. At the end of the day, they forsake speed over quality and seem to have no appreciate for the irony of the excuses. They say they dust blinds and fans and other things that are over 53 . . . I guess that is only on initial visits. Do your research, get what you pay for, dont settle for lazy.

TO THEIR CREDIT, Rob contacted us as soon as he saw our messages and photos, and Debbie spent a lot of time and effort trying to make it right by us and always kept us updated on the process of getting a floor repairmen out to us.

Ive contacted maid brigade and hope they can remedy this situation.12/30 Edit: They contacted me this morning to apologize and said they would set up a wood repair service.Final Edit: They sent someone to fix it and while its still kind of noticeable I appreciated their efforts to rectify the situation.

Ive used there services for 3 months now. If you want a GREAT deep clean service I highly recommend them as they will clean every corner of your home. I am rating them a 3 due to the last two services where i was not impressed with the service. I felt like I was just paying for dusting and vacuuming (things I can definitely do myself). They do not include washing dishes in there basic service. But it is available at an additional cost. I would not rule them out if you are looking for house cleaning. They may have not been a good fit for us doesnt mean they wont be for you.

The team really did a good job. Chrome in bath was sparkling and free of water stains. Carpet vacuumed well. These were the two stand outs and I felt like the rest must have been just as clean. Thank you.

This crew was so sweet. I was home with my 3 year old twins and a newborn. I usually try to get out of the house so we are not in the way but it was raining and I just couldnt manage.
