What an incredible experience! My wife and I were gifted a beautiful, delicate needle-point rug (8 x 10 ft) that has sentimental value to her family. We called around to several places and ended up bringing it in to Williams shop. William, the owner, was the one who answered the phone. From our conversation on the phone, we knew we could trust him to handle the rug with care and clean it with the expertise required based on his very apparent vast knowledge of the trade. It was clear he has been in the game for a long time. Turns out, the trade had been passed down to him by his father - very cool! The shop had a very old-time, family business feel to it and it just felt like the real deal. William inspected the rug and told us all about the process and answered all of our questions - we learned a ton about rugs in just a few minutes. William offered a very fair quote (based on comparison to numbers from other places we called) which included delivery and installation. Our rug was ready earlier than his initial estimate which was great. On the day of delivery, William and his employee were extremely professional and even helped us move furniture as necessary. The rug looks amazing and we really could not be happier. Thanks again William!

My rugs were cleaned, pick up and delivery was included and on time, he was of course very knowledgeable, and more impressive is the fact he even came out for the delivery and pick up. They helped moved furniture and lay the rugs in place. I could go on but bottom line is that you couldn’t ask for better service. Amazing selection and wonderful service!We had to drive quite a way to get to William Ahad store in Houston but it was ultimately worth it. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and are so impressed with the service and their depth of knowledge. We were looking for a Persian rug for our new home, in the end we found the perfect textile with unfettered design! and we never had a more positive experience both in quality of inventory as well as in service.

As a designer for 3 generations, I would say Ahad is the most knowledgeable rug expert I have ever met. Not only that, he has quality rugs that will make any room absolutely beautiful. The service is impeccable and prices are unbeatable. I have done many projects using their rugs, each one unique and beautiful, and they absolutely make the room!!

William is extremely accommodating and friendly, would not take my business elsewhere. he picked up my damaged rug, gave me a good estimate and fixed it up very nice. he is very knowledgable about rugs; doubt anyone else in Houston has as much info and experience as he does.... will be going to William for any future rug purchases or fix ups he is the best!!

I remember going to Ahad oriental rugs with my parents for our fine persian rugs when I was a kid!! Needless to say when I got married & in need of shopping for a rug for our new house I anxiously asked my mom if mr. Ahad was still around & still in the rug business? My mom told me that he is indeed in business & still in the same location !!! I couldnt wait to take my wife & my little ones there to see mr. Ahad !!!!!!! When we got there he offered us the awesome Persian tea !! Not only we found the rug we were looking for, but we also had a rug that was given to us by my parents which unknowing I had taken it to another rug store which I had discovered on line that advertised they do rug cleaning. So I took my rug to them in hopes to get cleaned, long story short they RUNIED!!!!! my rug, & told me its not their fault!!!! that my rug was too old !!!!!!!!!!1 They took no responsibility for their actions!!! so the day we went to mr. Ahad i asked him if he could repair my other rug& they did ! it looks awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU MR. AHAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
