Pristine Carpet Cleaning was perfectly on time for my carpet cleaning appointment and was super thorough when he explained how he was going to clean my carpet. My dog for three years has been going to the bathroom in one spot every time we left her out of her kennel at night and I was at a loss on how to get my carpet to feel clean again after using all the store bought cleaners for years. He also was super helpful when explaining what I can do to prevent my dog from continuing using my carpet for her bathroom. My carpet looks like new again!

My experience with Pristine Carpet is nothing less than excellence. I have used them every 3 to 6 months for the last few years. We have 2 dogs in the house and Pristine always leaves the house without a trace of odor. We had a toilet that ran out and throughout the house. I immediately called Pristine. He came in and sucked the water out, pulled the carpet up and assessed if the matting had to be replaced. Fortunately for us, the matting did not have to be replaced. He stretched the carpet back into place and shampooed the carpet with disinfectants so that we did not have any odors left from the overflow of water. He can get to the toughest of stains. I recommend Pristine Carpet for your carpet needs. His prices are reasonable and he provides excellent service.

I was in a time crunch to have the carpet stretched for an inspection the next day, I Googled carpet stretching services. I called the first company that came up and there was no answer, so I dialed the second number and someone answered immediately.After explaining my dilemma, I recieved, in my opinion, a very reasonable quote and an appointment two hours later. The technician, Jeff, arrived on time, was extremely professional, completed the stretching and since he gave me a reasonable quote on cleaning the carpet, he also cleaned and treated my carpet.I am very impressed with the availability, professionalism and quality of work. Pristine did an amazing job. Cleaned 3 rooms. I called at 9 am and they were at my house at 10:30 am. They were on the dot of the time they said they will be there. Will be using again in the future. They will not disappoint.

I was disappointed in the carpet cleaning. The owner was very courteous and that was nice, but a few days later, the pet odor that I needed removed was back. I was charged $200.00 to clean 3 rooms and then charged another $120.00 for the special deodorizer that would remove the pet odor. The carpet itself was fairly clean, but, I will go back to Sears carpet cleaners. They do as good a job for less than half the price.

I got the best results from these guys, they came out on time and were able to get out all the stains from the carpet just like promised. When they did the wood floors in my house I dont think Ive seen them look this good since Ive lived here. I highly recommend this company!

Prior to contacting Pristine Carpet, we had COIT come out and give us an estimate. They told us the carpet needed to be replaced. Called Pristine Carpet and they came out the same day and did an amazing job. The difference is unbelievable! Never thought it would actually look this nice! Exceeded our expectations. I used prestine carpet cleaning (jeff)today 7-23-17 and I am highly satisfied with the results! Icalled on a Saturday,he sheduled me for the next day @10am which he arrived earlier than 10,which ihad kno problem with!.Now I am one whos very skeptical about carpet cleaners and if they really can get stains out etc...and of course always trying to upsell you something,im the one whos online for hours searching reading reviews EVERYWHERE on diffrent sites, but i didnt have to worry about that with jeff,he was very respectful,knowledgeable and friendly,he actualy seemed like he cared about getting my carpet cleaned,and not just coming there rushing and trying to get payed,iloved that about him! Things like that are a big deal to me because it can also be a red flag if someone is like that.Now my carpet was in pretty bad shape,from stains,to spills,some spots i wasnt even to sure of what they were,and high traffic areas as well and he did a hell of a job in getting it cleaned,and even going back over some spots to make sure its cleaned or up to my satisfaction at least...but of course everyones experience might be diffrent from others but isay give him a try at least,hes someone I would definitely recommend,and im not one to write many reviews so you know he had to have done a great job for me to be writing this!*and he did* ;-)
