My parents came to visit with their dachshunds who peed all over the sides and back of our brand new white couch! We tried to clean it ourselves but still if you sat on the couch it just smelled awful! We scheduled online with R&R (which my social anxiety self absolutely loved!) and he showed up perfectly on time. In about an hour our couch was brand new with ZERO smell or stains!!! R&R is the best!One thing that made me pick R&R is I called Robert for a quote and he set the expectation of my pricing and why it was different from others. When I received my bill it was exactly what he quoted. He was very professional and didnt try to up-sell me. He was able to get the stains and odors out of my carpet too.I might add he was 15 minutes early. Customer for life!

Such a good experience! He worked super hard on our rug and couches. My light tan couch which was horrible looks so much better and he only used natural products because I’m pregnant. He did say with chemicals it could look better - but no thanks! Appreciate the hard work will have him come do other rooms and things as we need.

I have never seen anyone take their time clean carpets and upholstery. Its previous these guys know what they are doing. Although a little on the expensive side, i think its pretty worth it. With the way these guys clean your home, its a yearly expense

Awesome service and very professional! This company has done all of our beds in our home (separate times). Just yesterday our puppy unfortunately soaked our mattress with urine and R&R got the smell and stain out completely! Not only that but their cleaner made our whole bedroom smell nice! Robert asked me mid service if I could still smell the odor on our mattress (which I appreciated), shows how much he cares about his customers! He also gave us a bottle of cleaner in case our pup decided to do it again or if the smell miraculously came back (it hasn’t). 10/10!!

Robert contacted me ahead of time and asked for photos of the areas to be cleaned. He sent me a very reasonable quote which I agreed to. He arrived on time. He was very professional, explained what he was going to do, took his time and did an excellent job. He even did a spot clean in an area not included in the quote for no additional cost. Robert was very punctual and helped me move my large furniture out of the rooms. He answered all my questions and offered advice for future carpet care. Rooms are now spotless and canine smells are gone. I would definitely recommend him and will use them in the future.

I am in the process of selling my home and needed it to show in the best possible way. . Robert was faced with some tough stains because of my animals. His first trip out was remarkably successful (I truly did not believe wed have much luck). That night I noticed a couple stains had surfaced again but not nearly as dark. When he called to follow up the same night I mentioned them to him. He was back the next day and hit them again with great success!!!!

Robert with R&R carpet cleaning did an incredible job with cleaning my carpets. I had a ton of pesky puppy stains and I was certain I would have to replace the carpet in order to get rid of the stains but luckily R&R was able to get my carpet looking brand new again! The carpet was a really light cream color which is super inconvenient already and with the stains it was disaster, I am so pleased with my experience and I definitely recommend R&R to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. Robert was careful to perform a spot test on the sofa before attempting to clean it. Hired R&R to come out to clean three rooms today with pet stains and odors. Not only they remove all the stains and odors they did for half the price of the last three carpet cleaners we used. The whole process took roughly one hour to complete after all the prep work was done and the carpet was dry in about 4 hours. I recommend using them if youre looking for eco-friendly/pet friendly services.

First I absolutely love the onliine booking system. Im not really a people person so miss me with the long sales pitches. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way and arrived 20min early. The high traffic areas came out beautiful. Im a customer for life.

This company is serviced by Robert the owner, and has performed Excellent and Amazing work. First they have a convenient and accurate online booking system. After booking a slot you get both a followup email and text confirming the appointment, and can begin asking questions by either, which even on the weekends is answered within a few hours. Next he comes in a professional truck with professional equipment and the upholstery cleaning left my couches, rugs and dining room chairs in amazing cleaned condition with stains and odors removed beyond my expectations. He takes the time to survey all the materials, and use the right products for the varying fabrics and stains / odors. His rates are very reasonable, and I am going to set up a quarterly maintenance contract with him. For 15 years I have been scammed by seeming reputable national companies that use untrained and nonprofessional cleaners. I have had jewelry stolen, things not cleaned properly, extended damp carpets, but no more. It is worth spending an extra hour reading reviews or the actual person who is going to service your home and gain a lifelong vendor!

I called a different place before him where a guy came out and said it would be more than quoted because he didnt realize the closets had carpet too (?!) and that he needed an extra $50 in cash. Cash.. Think someones stealing from his company? Anyway, I cancelled him and called R&R instead. So glad that I did!
