Very rude customer service. The lady hung up the phone and when I tried calling back, it persisted multiple times thereafter. I’ve never experienced this prior. I hope I’m the only customer to have this experience, as it appears by the other reviews.

Wow! RUN from these people.Very cordially called to ask if they could come by and provide a quote sometime for one of the rooms in my apartment. Guy was extremely rude and said, “there is no one available to do this please don’t call here, call somebody else.” And then hung up.There are plenty of good character individuals who won’t treat you like a piece of garbage for calling and asking a simple question.Who would give someone that treats their customers like this their business?

They are very unique in their methods of cleaning the carpet. When the cleaning is finished, my carpet looks new and it stays that way for several months. Unlike other companies, the carpet dries within an hour and is not sloppy damp and there is no heavy, chemical odor. They are also timely and communicative.

I am REALLY big on customer service so I must begin there. Everything about the ENTIRE process exceeded our expectations. Not only did he do an AMAZING job on cleaning our carpets, he took the time to educate and offer resources on prevention going forward. We are fairly new pet owners and have three young children (if that gives any insight to the condition of our carpet before the cleaning). Charlie and his crew made it look BRAND NEW!!!!!!

The guys came out really quickly and helped get one of our apartments back in shape for the next resident. They even killed the smoky smell that was left behind!! Awesome job and friendly service. Will call again for sure.

These guys seriously turned a gross, hopeless carpet into a snazzy, clean beautiful carpet! I thought it would be impossible to clean it. I had pet stains, spill stains , every kind of stain and my carpet looked like it was never coming back from all the damage but they really amazed me!
