I had Bayou Steam Clean do a cleaning on my mom’s couch , recliner and office chair. The couch was the oldest I believe of the three and my brother said it made a noticeable difference in the color of the couch and smell. I think a few dogs and folks had sat on that couch , and it needed a refresh. All three looked great per my brother who was there with my mom. I would recommend this company completely. They have strong reviews and stars . You can trust them. They are a tad more, but the service is good , on time, and professional.

If you want great customer service and good results have Bayou City Steam Cleaning take care of your carpets. I used the internet to schedule an appointment on Monday night and Tuesday morning called and confirmed the appointment for Wednesday. They arrived 10 minutes early took less than an hour to clean 4 rooms and removed all of the stains in my carpet. They were quick and efficient which is always a plus in my book. I highly recommend them for home or commercial carpet cleaning.

Mark did an amazing job on our carpets! All 4 of our bedrooms have carpet, and when you have a dog and 2 cats, things can get a little unpleasant. But after having the carpets cleaned, it smells amazing in here! The carpet looks, smells, and feels brand new. Their prices were also very reasonable. They even moved some of the smaller furniture to access as much of the carpet as they could. Mark also explained the process very thoroughly, including giving tips for caring for the carpets to keep them fresh after cleaning. Two super guys showed up EXACTLY on time. Got to work right away. Gave excellent descriptions of how they would go about the process and which furniture pieces might require extra care or attention. They vacuumed the furniture and carpet very well before starting the cleaning process. When they were done, they again went through what they had done and whether to call if anything didnt turn out perfectly. How to allow the furniture and carpet to dry, etc. Very happy.I also liked that I corresponded with the company via Yelp to set everything up.

Mark did a fantastic job on my carpets! I had some pretty severe stains, especially all through the hallway. Not only did he get them all removed, but there is no sign of them resurfacing! Every previous carpet cleaning Ive had, the stains resurface after about a week. Anther plus was that my capers werent wet I returned. These guys are seriously awesome. My cat has digestive issues and completely destroyed my closet. I didnt think there was any going back it was so bad, but I decided I would try a deep cleaning. They did an amazing job removing not only the stains but also the nasty odor that other carpet solutions/fresheners couldnt get rid of. They left my carpet fresh, clean and as good as new. Importantly to me, they also used pet safe cleaning supplies, so I didnt have to worry about my kitty being around after. I will definitely use them again for any carpet cleaning needs in the future!
