If you are looking for something quick and fast just to get your car rinsed off then come here. If you want your vehicle properly cleaned AVOID! They rush through and obviously take no pride in the work they do. I had to repeatedly tell one of the OWNERS to wipe obviously missed bug spots on various parts of my truck. Its summer time in Texas, bugs are out. If Im paying extra money for a hand wash for a large 3/4 ton truck I expect for it to be clean. A few missed spots is understandable but the quality of work here is piss poor. The attached photos are AFTER I asked multiple times for the spots to be cleaned and I got tired of asking!

Initially was confused on the entrance to the wash. Wasn’t greeted or directed where to go quickly. However, I was very satisfied with how they refurbished my headlight.

Excellent place! They do great work and get it done super quickly. I came in with tree sap all over my car and they got it all off and did a wonderful job cleaning the interior. So much better than Mister Car Wash. I will definitely be back!

First time at Sparkles and I’m extremely pleased! The entire team was thorough in washing/vacuuming/detailing. They were even able to get all the awful tree sap off of my car! I highly suggest this hand wash over machine washes any day!

Sparkles Car Wash is a great place. These guys hand wash every vehicle and are great at it. They pay attention to detail and take the time to make sure its done right. Great value. I recommend to anyone. I do not take my car anywhere else.

Disappointed. They did OK but didnt clean the cup holders. I guess I wont be leaving that 5 dollar tip next time. I could go back to doing it myself for a lot cheaper. But I am 67 and I dont want to wash my car anymore. I feel like for what I paid they should have done a better job.

I have been here multiple times. Service is usually great. However today, I arrived at 8:54am, to beat the rush. 3 cars were in front of me. I paid for the $45 wash and wax. I know that wax takes time. But the lady who was working the window was VERRRYYYY rude and dismissive. I went to ask her a question in regards to an estimated time frame as to when my car will be finished. She let out a sigh as if she was annoyed. -_- . She paged someone on the walkie talkie. Then told me “It will be done soon they are waxing it now”……She said that as I was outside on the porch directly watching my car, and my car was unattended for 17 minutes. It is now 10:37am…I am still hereIf she genuinely didn’t know that is another thing but to blatantly lie, be dismissive and also close the slide door in my face in complete annoyance is another. She definitely needs to work on her customer service and stop watching movies on her phone as if customers are disturbing her.

My daughter had her car done there. These folks are miracle workers!! The shine was on point! And interior detailing was the fabulous!! She didnt have any stains so idk about that. We will be back again!

These people had an extreme attention to detail that I appreciated. They scrubbed my GMC Sierra until each and every blemish had been removed. The cost of the basic wash is extremely reasonable and leads to great results. These people absolutely deserve every bit of the tip that you are sure to leave them.I went on a weekday and was the second car in line when I arrived. It took about 30 min from the time I showed up to the time that I was driving away.

Wasted my time, I asked about 4 times if they could wash my tall Sprinter van, he repeatedly told me yes and to come because it was slow, then when I arrived 12 minutes later, he told me no, that he can not wash it while laughing. Waste of my time

Had a great car wash done here (exterior only) The staff was friendly and hard working! They will give you a card to get a redeemable free wash after (x) amount of days.

The owner is nice, the air conditioned waiting room is nice and clean and the workers do a very very good job on vacuuming but the buck stops there. I on purpose left my cup holders and console dirty to see if they would clean it. And just as every other car wash I looked in my car and steering wheel, front dash board, side panels right and left, radio area and my high pet peeve the cup holders were all still dirty. When I addressed it they said doing that would be extra, I paid $25 for just a good vacuum and nothing wiped down. I then asked for a towel and did it myself while they watched. Doesnt make a customer want to come back after being treated like that. My sister came with me and she cleaned the interior before coming, her car had a good vacuum as well but the interior she had already done. They didnt touch hers either.

This family owned business is efficient and reasonably priced. I have my car washed here often. They detailed my friend’s car that was being sold. I had dopped it off and picked it up for her and they did an amazing job!

Update, 14 months later, 4-24-21. I thought maybe they would improve and gave them one more chance. NO. They are completely horrible and couldnt clean a car if their lives depended on it. Including a photo looking out my Jeep windshield. That dirt is on the outside! No. More. Chances.Update, a year later, 2-2-2020: Nothings changed at all. The running boards and rear bumper on my Jeep were left as if they hadnt been touched. Mirror housing wasnt touched with a towel; covered in water droplets. All glass smeared. Rear floor mat just thrown in, crumpled. There is no concern from management as to the incredibly shoddy work of its staff, obviously, because nothing at all has been done in the past year to improve it. I finished the job at home again myself. Sparkles. Not.-----------------For a hand wash it amazes me that the service is as shoddy as Mister Car Wash. Really horrible. Now I have to finish it myself at home.

I took my car here after it got flooded out in Galveston over the weekend. I thought for sure it would have to be reupholstered but this place got the smell out and had the carpet looking brand new. Prices are more than fair and the staff was extremely professional and fast. Will definitely be a return customer from now on!

I took my Jeep in and for $25 they hand washed it, cleaned the windows inside and out, and made her “sparkle.” I couldn’t resist that. To top it off they put tire dressing on at no additional charge. Next time I’ll take a picture and post it. Truly worth it! I’ll be back.

If you want to wash your car at a place where they do a fantastic job this is the place. Its worth every dollar, they clean inside outside very detailed oriented. Quite happy with them every time we go there.

I got the cheapest option ($19) and could not be happier with how it came out. Customer service was great and the wash was quicker than I thought. If you want your car to come out looking new then come here.

I used to go to Mister car wash for years.I would always have to go over the car afterwards and take care of small details here and there all the time. This is my second car wash with these guys and frankly they are the best I have seen yet. They have my business for as long as they remain the way they are. Highly recommended. They really do perform the detail in a car detailing.

This place is great. Not too expensive for a hand wash and theyll do an interior extra clean (not shampoo) for $10 more, which I find a great option. They use compressed air to dry the seams so that water doesnt drop and all around they left my car looking great.

This place does a really great job for car detailing at a very reasonable price. it cost $160 to get my Subaru Crosstrek detailed and it even smelled like new afterwards!

A hand wash for $17 for a sedan! Theyre quick and thorough. A great job and for ⅓ of the big chain Carwash prices. Their basic wash is what most car wash companies offer for their silver or gold packages. I was skeptical but thought it was worth the try. Happy I did. I highly recommend them!

First time to use Sparkles today. So much better than Mister Carwash. I was greeted by a very friendly person who explained the wash options. They have a nice, ACd waiting room. It took just a little longer than Mister Carwash on a busy Saturday, but the quality of their wash and inside cleaning was so much more. I paid a little extra to the the extra cleaning on the interior. I will definitely go back to Sparkles and am happy to recommend it for anyone looking for a high quality hand car wash.

Slighty above decent carwash. Good for shine. Seems they have a good strength soap. Interior skills could be a lot better. Ill give it one more try.

Had the basic exterior wash and they did an excellent job. They cleaned inside the door and trunk jambs as well. Only wish I got my exhaust tips cleaned as well.

I dont like automated car washes they start putting swirl marks in your car. Thats why I like this hand carwash. Plus it was only $26 for a big truck. Good deal and they did a good job. Unfortunately they are kind of hidden in a parking lot.

I usually go to this place often and get a decent car wash. Today the owner was so mean and rude to me. I simply asked her a question regarding my free carwash and she got so upset and flustered. I have never seen someone be so rude to a loyal customer. When I mentioned to her son that she shouldnt talk to customers that way. He says she is the owner and so he cant tell her what to do. They wont get another dime of my money.

This is the worst hand car wash Ive been to. I went in to get the basic wash and when they were drying my truck they used dirty towels and left it a mess and tried to tell me it was finished. After they cleaned it properly, i went inside and the windows were not clean at all from the inside!

The Good:The carpet vacuuming and shampooing. Very bunch and hard working including the owners. They will get in there and clean your car to get you out of there asap. They have an indoor lounge with a tv and a.c..The bad:there was still dirt on the exterior of my car after they had washed it. Something told me to skip the exterior cleaning, go home and do it myself. But I took a chance. There was oily interior polish all over my cup holders and everywhere plastic. I had to go in and rub it and wipe it off. They sprayed Windex on my window and it was not wiped off. Because you could see the spray blotches and streaks of liquid going down.The ugly:They leave your car running in order to use your heater to dry the inside of your car after shampooing. My seats were still wet so it didnt make that much of a difference. They should have left the doors open and placed fans. Ive just never seen a place use your a.c. to dry your car.

Went the 1st time to try out but there where many many dirty spots in the wheels and inside the car in glass plastic and handles dash still had a little dirt and bottom General area.

They want to charge extra and wont shine your car! Totally unsatisfied.

I wouldnt dare recommend not suggest this car wash to anyone to use. My first time there and last, I visited this car wash to her the works down inside and outside. Only to leave and find out later I had items STOLEN out of my vehicle by a worker(s) there. Use this car wash with caution and a Hawks watchful eye on the workers.
