I love Toyota. I used to work at a dealership. I only drive Toyotas. So I was excited that they could rent me a car while my vehicle was in the body shop. In fact, I love Don McGill. Everyone in their service department and body shop are amazing.However, the Toyota Rent-A-Car employees that work at the Houston Don McGill location are rude, lazy and unreliable. Ive never had someone roll their eyes in my face and treat me like such an idiot. Additionally, when I called to inquire about a miscellaneous $200 charge on my account, they put me on hold for 20+ minutes until I hung up and called back. The same employee that put me on hold, answered. She had not done anything to help me find answers about the charge.I hope this comment does no reflect on Don McGill as a whole, because I have been told they are two separate companies.
