Zero stars are more appropriate!I was there this morning for 45 minutes with a reservation and and no one ever acknowledged me. Walked passed me several times! Never asked if I needed help! They dont know anything about customer service! Worst location I have ever been to! Went to the Fondren location....night and day difference! Got a car in twenty minutes with an awesome agent.

I know there are some bad reviews here but I can not say enough good things about this place. I live out of town and had no idea where to rent a car so just picked one close to my friends house in Houston. Dreon Johnson, the manager, was EXCELLENT. He took the time to show me two cars bc I wasnt sure what kind of car I wanted driving to Dallas with 2 kids. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) professionally and patiently and even responded promptly to an email I sent him when I had a question on the road. Would highly recommend. :)

I rented a car from there. Appointment was made by their web which is nice and easy to make a reservation. The venue was bit difficult to find. The rental car company was located in side of the car sale company near the parts department. The gentleman from the rental car company was very polite and very clear explanations about the extra insurance requirements and requirements. I had my own insurance from UK and he happily accepted my UK international car excess insurance with out any problems. Because those days many rental car companies trying to sell optional insurances and final price get too expensive. The car was nice clean car. I had a very present day out with the car. Also the rental car company offered me a life back to the hotel. So next time they promised me to pick me up from the hotel too. I will going back in the end of this month again to Houston so I booked a car with them again. Highly recommend. Have a good stay and safe drive in Houston.

Yeah if your not going to pick up the phone then you dont deserve to be in business. Was on hold for 42 minutes and then hung up on after hearing someone speak so they did pick up the phone & hangupLastly gave me a car that had a battery key so when the key died I got stuck in the middle of the heat for hours. And Im still on hold FYI after calling 2 times again

Yes, absolutely agreed with Pamela Evans review about the guy Joseph V. at this location. He is very very kind, patient and super helpful!!! He did switch rental car service for me perfectly without any waiting!!! A great customer service!!! Awesome guy! Thank you So Much Joe. I appreciate!!!

All I have to say is Joseph V is a Godsend. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get the last rental car after a terrible experience from another location on Christmas Eve. I wont get into the details because he knows what happened. Anyway because of Joseph, my husband and I were able to go home to New Orleans ON TIME for Christmas day and enjoy the holidays with our family. Thank you so much Joseph for your outstanding service and assistance. Please go see him at the Enterprise at 7000 Southwest Freeway for a similar experience. You wont be disappointed.

Yet another location with sub-minimal customer service. Absolutely horrible. Rude, entitled and they think the customer works for them. Unfortunately my insurance company is contracted with Enterprise and I’m seriously considering switching insurance companies just to avoid Enterprise. At all costs. It’s just not worth it.

Joe was a total life saver, I went to another location Saturday morning after making a reservation and the lady there was rude and very nonchalant. Which was disappointing because I usually go to that location all the time, but after being disappointed I left the place and went home. A few hours later, I received a call from Joe and he was very understanding and helpful. He waited on me and put me in a wonderful car, I was able to enjoy my weekend and do everything I needed to do. Because of it. I really do appreciate Joe, I will definitely be coming to this location for now on.

Long story short.....Joseph (without knowing what was at stake) saved the business relationship between us and Enterprise. Joseph listens to what the customer needs and makes it happen. Im convinced that he welcomes challenges because without them he would be bored. That! is the ideal employee. Unfortunately, too often...individuals, companies (large and small) are quick to say No we cant do that, or in my case at another Enterprise location where I had reservations for a full size truck that were made while I was in route to that location, arrived, stood in the outside Covid stand on your arrow til we come to you spot. Had a manager come over and ask for my name and pulled up my info, Oh sir it shows that you reserved a full size truck...Ummm we dont have one here, but we have a mini-van. Wth!?! If I wanted a minivan I would have rented a van, Plus I had only been off the phone with the RESERVATION person for 5 mins! So did you all just rent out the truck or something? No, we havent had a truck here in a while. Ok Google....Please give me the definition of RESERVATION!. As google was reading outloud the definition, the manager said the minivan is all that he had available for rent. Reservation - Completely pointless and that manager offered no REAL solution or even a 2 second thought one.Note to self...1st thing tomorrow am, remove Enterprise from all of our marketing and terminate the relationshipDecided to Google search an Enterprise location near meThats where I came into contact with Joseph. I did not tell him what had happened, when he asked if I needed to rent a car while he was walking a customer to their rental which happened to be a full size truck, I simply shook my head and said Yes I would like to rent a truck and it looks like that is the only one you have and its rented. Yes sir thats my only one and I just rented it to the other gentleman that was in front of you. Damn, I really needed a truck, you have no idea what Ive been through today.I understand, hold on for a minute let me go and talk to that customer before he drives away and see if I can rent him something else. Wth!?! Joseph disappears for about 10 mins, closing time is now within 1 or 2 mins, the customer that was driving away in my truck that I needed walks by and says have a good day and gets into a small 4 door car, Wth?! Joseph then walks around the corner and says ok Mr. Cupples, I need a few things from you and you will soon be finished Wait...what? Yes, I was able to talk the other customer into a different vehicle, handled all of that so you now have a full size truck. 😁. No threats made when I got there, he had no idea what I had been through at the other location, he simply listened to what my needs were and MADE IT HAPPEN!Thank you Joseph and Enterprise...do whatever youve gotta do to keep this guy, he will be a True long term asset to your organization and from what I went through previously, You might want to consider training ALL employees The Joseph Way or have him do all of the training for you.Long story short.....TOO LATE 🤐

I’ve had a couple instances where I’ve had to try and contact multiple enterprise locations and this is the ONLY one that answers their phones. And every agent is kind and informative. Better customer service then the places we’ve returned the vehicle. The branch manager helped us on our last visit and he had us in and out quicker then other places had us on hold

This one guy there rented a car out to me. We walked around it and I saw some damage. I asked him to write it down before taking the car. His response was, don’t worry about it, it’s not 7 inches. I knew I should have trusted my instincts and had them write everything down and sign it. Unfortunately I trusted the guy and didn’t have him mark the damage. Low and behold, I come to drop off my car after 4 days and the rental car guy is like this car was new when you took it and now it has a dent on it. You owe us money. After that, I just went off on the little scammer. He gave me the receipt and I left (after arguing with me and giving me a lot of bad attitude), but this was such a horrible experience, I’m never going to be renting from this Enterprise again. After this negative experience, I would advise everyone to avoid renting from this location.

This Enterprise location is inside the Classic Chevrolet dealership. I have gotten rentals many times from this location. Troy the manager will get you in a vehicle in no time. He is very helpful and he will do everything to get you through the rental process fast and easy. Excellent service, keep up the good work guys.

It’s very fast and efficient I got dropped off by an Uber all while setting up my rental over the phone and I was in and out in five minutes after signing paper work my guy Troy was real cool and put me in something nice I’d definitely rent a car here again!

There is a guy name Ross that manager is a professional guy. Ive faced other managers at other Enterprise they will just tell you software payment setup, but this guy is super awesome. He makes Customer. This is 4th time he did something for me, so Ive to come over here for the rating.

I have rented from this location several times both for road trips and extended periods when my car was in the shop. The employees are extremely nice and accommodating. If I ever need a rental car there is nowhere else I would go.

I rented a car last minute to travel out of town for a family emergency. I was given excellent customer and the agent (Daniel) was so understanding and went the extra mile to help me out even though I came a day early for my reservation. Needless to say my experience was great and Daniel did a awesome job.

In and out in three minutes, had our Murano gassed up and ready to go, only saw three people (we were in there early) and they were very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back here the next time I need to rent a vehicle 😎😎😎

Its small. Located inside of the dealership. Was having problems with system. It took long because they were short handed. But other than that the employees was friendly and helpful. Always worked with me. I would visit this establishment again.

Very rude employees and very unprofessional. Both James and Troy are in the wrong place , dont trust anything that come out from their mouth. I had a very terrible experience with them. Especially if you are renting through your insurance coverage , they will play around not to get you a car( I dont know why).

I booked the car yesterday at 2pm after calling this location.lady booked my car & I asked her for comprehensive insurance.she finalize my deal.pickup was at 5pm.I reached there at 5:30.guy at the counter said that I have to pay an other 150 $ for third party insurance.I was showked bcz I was short of time.he said this is mandatory.What ever the case it should have been told at the time of booking.it ruined all my plans.

One the worst experiences renting a car as employee Ross Kennell took 5 minute and your car will be ready to an hour and almost half wait while making me miss an important reservation and finally get my rental at 11:47am after setting and appointment at 10:30am and being assured cars were available when I arrive. I got to Enterprise at 10:35am of which I was a few minutes late for an appointment at 10:30am which I set over the phone and was total by the phone operater that a car was available and would be ready and I also got a call from an employee which was Ross that yes car would be ready too when I get their. I get to the Enterprise and office was closed and sign on door to call for assistance, so I called the phone listed on the sign and Ross Kennell stated 5 minutes and I will be their get you out and I asked him to call me when he gets to the office and he said he would, so I waited with my wife outside the rental place as the office was closed. 15 minutes passed I decide to go see if someone was in the office and he was in their helping a lady and other clients (I still had not gotten a call at that point) and he simply stated 5 minutes and I will be able to help you sir. He was talking to the lady about a mutual friend named Sam and discussing her car and he travels while me and another customer waited. At this time it was 11:15am. He then helped another person and asked who I was which I advise my name and reservation was at 10:30am, his response was my car was getting clean and it would be 5 minutes and I advised him I had a meeting at 12:00pm and he stated no worries 5 minutes and youll be good to go. At 11:30am I asked about my rental and he finally explained that he sent my car which was not cleaned or washed to pick up an other client and was around corner and we be 5 minutes. 11:47am I finally get my rental...smh. Then the response well you did just reserve 10 minutes before you got here was totally not acceptable. He was polite but misleading me and the way this was handled by a manager was terrible. No apology either at the end, just walked me around the car and gave his card while being sarcastic. I will never rental from this location again...just look at the time for your records of when I left and see if this is acceptable to a loyal client.

ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR OR ENTERPRISE KEEP-CUSTOMER-DEPOSIT?Carmax arranged for me to pick up a rental car from Enterprise on 07/24/2018 while my car was under repairs at their shop. With no full-size car available, I was upgraded for free to an unwashed, dirty, and paint-scratched Rav 4, with no gas in it.It was close to 6 PM and the Enterprise agent apologized, explaining there was no water to wash the car, that I should return the car with an empty tank and acknowledged the scratches on the drivers side of the car. I paid a $50 refundable deposit and left with the car.When my car was repaired, I dropped the car at Carmax on 07/31/2018 and reclaimed my car. When more than a week passed and I saw no refund in my account, I called Enterprise and was told Carmax was yet to close the rental with them. I got back to my Carmax agent who apologized and assured me I would get my refund very soon, and one week later on 08/14/2018, I received an e-mail from Enterprise with summary of charges. No mention was made of damages. I have not to this day received any such notification. Enterprise was more interested in keeping my money than in providing customer satisfaction that equally goes with communication.More than three weeks after I returned the car, Enterprise is yet to refund my $50 deposit. I am even shocked that I, an Enterprise Plus member is given this kind of shabby treatment. I have made more than 5 (five) calls to resolve this issue, the last one being today 08/23/2018, when both the customer care agent and the local office agent told me the $50 was withheld for damages to the car. This looks like a ploy to make money from customers who would find $50 to be too insignificant an amount to worry about. But little drops make an Ocean. 1000 customers duped in this way nationwide, easily gets Enterprise $50,000.00.I want a total refund of the $50 deposit. A check in the mail would be preferable, since my bank has replaced the card I used for the transaction.Enterprise should be made to refund my money and the Enterprise employee who made this transaction should be brought to order. I badly needed a car to go to work that I willingly accepted a dirty, paint-scratched, empty tank car, only for my deposit to be confiscated.Thanks to Better Business Bureau, the matter was resolved amicably and the deposit refunded.

We returned a car here which we had rented at the Airport. We had picked up the car just prior to 2 pm on July 1st at the Airport on 5 day rental, we arrived here at 3:30 pm on July 2nd to return it as we had just bought a car at the nearby Carmax. Firstly, we had to wait 25 minutes before he could take the keys. So for 1 day and 1 and half hours, Enterprise charged us for 2 days, which is ridiculous as we are not responsible for the 25 minute wait time. Secondly the Enterprise told me that he heard a clicking noise as I drove past in my Carmax car and he woulnt feel right if he didnt tell me when there was absolutely no problem with the Carmax car.
