I forgot the name of my guy who helped me this past Wednesday morning. I came there 7am and he was all smiles. Greeting me from the time I got there, and asked me if I needed anything from time to time. I’d have to say it was the best service I had there and I’ve been coming there for years. Although my sales reps were great I am Absolutely livid with the service. I purchased a vehicle with a Crack on the windshield with a promise to fix in my contract. Needless to say it has been 4 months or more and still not fixed! My calls and text messages are being ignored. Roman Cordova nor the managerhas made no attempt whatsoever to keep in contact with the status of when this will be fixed. Therefore I highly do not recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

Horrible place to do business with. I bought a car 2 years ago and everything was smooth, this time around the deal fell through and now I cant seem to get my down payment($10,000) back. According to them only the person that took payment can refund me. Stay away. Adriana was my sales person.09/24/2021...What is the point of me calling the main number the receptionist knows my husbands number now and refuses to answer the phone.

I am quite particular and have very little patience for car salesmen. Ben was able to pick up on this and dealt with me accordingly. He was not pushy or overly persistent. He was thorough, responsive and displayed EXCELLENT customer service. Jose in finance is a good guy as well. They took very good care of me - will definitely refer others.

So Im only leaving 5 stars because my salesman will was great he did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend asking for will he wont let you down! Mike the director was good as well he told me he would beat my banks interest rate witch he did by my surprise. Now the only thing I didnt like about buying from that dealership was all the really high hidden fees that you find out about after you start making the deal witch almost made me wanna walk away but working with will and Mike we was able to make a deal!

I scheduled a routine oil change. Upon arrival, I was immediately seen, was told upfront how long the service would take, and shown to the waiting area. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The wait time was shorter than expected. Checkout was a breeze. I especially liked the complimentary carwash. Overall, it was a pleasant, hassle-free experience.

Nayeli got in contact with me and asked me what I was on the search of, by the time I got to the dealership she already had options lined up for me within my budget and needs. The process was easy and faster than what I imagined. The final steps with financing with Jose was even more pleasant, they even helped me find the right insurance so I could drive away with what is now my car. Lawrence took care of me a few weeks back, and wanted to share my experience. I came in needing to get my vehicle serviced. Ive been here several times, but no one has left a lasting impression like Lawrence. Very professional, genuine and overall a very efficient and transparent when it comes to whats going on and what can be done. Didnt come off as a pushy sales man the way other dealerships do when I get other vehicles serviced nor did he get annoyed when I rejected getting a rim replaced which had a dent. I got it replaced somewhere else and they broke my sensor and left a seal out that caused the tire to leak air. I came back in with him to get it fixed, and helped me out. Lawrence showed sense of urgency and concern for my vehicle, which means a lot to me.. I will absolutely be coming back to them and I have my preferred service advisor moving forward. Thank you Lawrence, someone give that man a raise.

I felt that I had some issues with my transmission. So I went to the Nissan dealership to check it out, and sure enough I had to replace my transmission. It wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be though because it was totally covered by the factory warranty so I didnt have to pay anything. It only took a couple of days to replace too. The service was really good and quick.

Well personally the gentleman that TRIED to help me was very nice , cordial and genuinely sorry he couldnt help me. His manager on the other hand is what you typically find in used car lots . Due to some recent personal events my credit has taken a hit, so a salesman may have to work a little harder to get the deal financed and done but when the sales manager wont go to bat youre done and that was the case here.

We called from San Antonio about a specific truck. I called and scheduled an appointment, then called 2 hrs later to confirm. Drove here and spoke with Mike. He was so transparent and just overall good people. He showed us respect, went above and beyond in my opinion to maximize our trade value and got us more than anticipated for our trade! Matt was very professional and got me in and out quickly. Although I had to have an expensive repair because my car is older, I knew they had the knowledge to fix the issue. I liked the fact that I got my quote electronically and able to approve electronically. They fixed my issue within two days of dropping it off even though it was an engine issue. I’ll definitely use this dealer for difficult repairs.

It cost a little more than expected, but it was quality work without a long wait.

It was a great experience I loved the free wash and vacuum. My only complaint is that they took a while but other than that it was perfect. I would definitely come again but I will be better prepared on the wait time.

Ive been back and forth from this dealership since I bought my vehicle. The car was not cleaned like they said it would be while I sat in financing. They didnt give me a spare key the first day and a tire sensor went out the day after. They checked my tire and told me to ride on it and it would fix itself, not true. The day after that they didnt have what ever it is to fix it. This is the fifth trip to South Houston Nissan. It would have been more convenient to buy an RV and park there before I signed for my Nissan. This is the second car I purchased there, I had no trouble with my first car and it wasnt even a Nissan. Take your money elsewhere or look into moving next door to this car lot if you buy there.

I went there to purchase a SUV. I was planning to trade in my vehicle. When they took my vehicle for an appraisal, my things were in the seat . I had a scratch off ticket on my clipboard that had won $20. It was gone, I call to let them know that someone working in that department stole it. They told me they would look into it and never called back. I was going back today with my husband to purchase a vehicle but with this kind of service no way. Hide your item if you let them appraise your vehicle.

Needed a decent vehicle that was reliable for work, Sam was patient, nice, & showed some cars, he worked very hard with his manager to get me a great deal on a used vehicle and paid in cash due to my circumstances.. good guys and they earned my business. J helped me out and is hands down the only reason I made the effort to come almost an hour from my home to drive out to south Houston Nissan. His reach is pretty far, otherwise I would have gone to any other place that would accept me. He worked with my budget and actually spent all day trying to figure out what vehicle would best fit me. He showed me vehicles that I asked for and didn’t convince me to get more than what I could afford. Really nice guy and great service. The only thing I had an issue with was lack of communication with service department. When I went back for my oil change they were confused why I was there and asking why I wanted it for free, i had the paperwork so it was resolved but if I didn’t have that then there would have been nothing they could do. Mario from service helped me out and is also a really good guy, they didn’t make me feel bad for not having knowledge. I’ll be going back to refinance when my first year of payments are up and I’m happy to get the car I got. First vehicle that has A/C and all the windows/doors work. I absolutely love my vehicle and will continue to keep it for as long as I can. Thanks J, and thanks Mario, you guys are great at customer service.

I saw 2 2020 Rogue Sports on Car Gurus that were available at South Houston Nissan. I called, made an appointment to see them, shared many emails about the cars/my visit. I made it clear I didn’t want to waste my time nor their time and needed to make sure the 2 vehicles were there. I was assured they were. Received an email prior to leaving letting me know Carlos would meet me for my “VIP appt”. I got there on time, and was greeted by a girl who looked bothered to help me. Felt like I was at a nightclub due to the unnecessarily loud rap music. Carlos finally came out and had NO idea he had an appointment. He passed me off to Edwin. Edwin had no idea about these 2 cars. We went to another area where the music was still thumping, more rap. I told him I could barely hear him. He went off in search of the cars, low and behold they weren’t there. Probably never were. I waited about 20 min while Edwin was on a wild goose chase. He returned trying to up sell me a 2021 Rogue. I got up to leave and he never tried to stop me nor make it right.Never go to this dealership unless you want to be treated as an after thought, want loud thumping music, and want to be lied to.

I went to a Nissan dealership last week in CA and they gave me a lot of excuses and couldn’t work with me at all. I highly recommend coming to this Nissan.

I had a bad experience at South Houston Nissan a few time. I sat for almost 2 hours waiting on an oil change & a tire rotation. When my vehicle was brought back to me I was told the job was completed. Well, because I marked my tires prior to sending it to be service because I had issues with this service department before. This is the third time this has happened. My tires was not rotated. Im tired of patronizing with a dealership service department who charges you purposely for service not given. I also had a bad experience with them with another vehicle in 2019. Apparently they caused damage to my engine after supposedly during an oil change, I had to purchase another vehicle. Its a disgrace you try to keep preventive maintenance on your vehicle with the dealer and they are the ones causes all the problems. I did speak with the drive manager who reimbursed the charges & gave a free oil change on your next visit. At this point, it will not be a next visit for me. I felt like they thought my 2 hrs. didnt mean anything nor my trust in them doing the right thing. I went to speak with a GM I believe they said the name was Stone who passed it to Angel who never came after we waited for 20 minutes. I will never use them again. Upset, disappointed, hurt Customer for years

If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do so. This is by far the WORST dealership I have worked with and ultimately screwed myself! If you have the option to walk away do so because they will add so many extras to the vehicle. I went in for a vehicle that cost $21,493 and before even making it to finance they got it to $28k and he worked numbers and still after putting $2,000 down I still managed to be at $26,769 which brings it total to $29,472 on a 2019 Honda Civic they have a ridiculous amount of add ons worth thousands of dollars adding in your price of vehicle that aren’t optional. WORST DEALERSHIP I’VE EVER DEALT WITH!

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had! As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle I was greeted by Kevin Huber (sales). He was very knowledgeable about the product and did an extraordinary demo!As it was time to go over numbers, one of the sales managers came out and introduced himself as Leo & went over the numbers with me! He was very clear and detailed with his explanation & made it super easy to understand.Once we agreed to numbers I was then greeted by one of the Finanace Managers Jedediah. He answered every single question I had and made sure I was fully understanding the finishing process before I signed.I just want to personally thank the people named and some of the other salesmen and managers that stopped by and asked if i had been helped already or offered to bring me water. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was sick of paying monthly to get my old car repaired and just decided it’s time for something new. I was stressing and searching everywhere. Will reached out to me via Facebook and I was open to a used or new car, but upon arriving to the dealership I decided I wanted a brand new car and Will handed me over to Sam. Sam was super honest and very attentive to my needs and concerns. I fell in love with the first car he showed me and he really respected my wants and catered to my budget! Nissan did nothing but make up a lot of lies. my car has never been hit and the key i took to them to fix is not fixed. They gave me all these prices of what is wrong with my car. they just kept me there for 2 hours doing knowing. I am going to take b to someone at Nissan National with my attorney. People lie to get you into the dealership. I called about a vehicle on Saturday and made an appointment for a Monday. I talked to a dealer rep Monday morning who assured me the vehicle was there. I also ask for the managers name which she gave me. I drove 85 miles to get there. When I got there the salesman told me the car was sold on Saturday evening and the manager I asked about left 2 weeks ago. Needless to say, I was passed off. I ask to talk to the general manager and was told several times he was in a meeting and I could not speak to him. This dealership is the worst bunch of lying crooks I have ever been to. I hope they go under and keep losing business. I will make sure folks know just how crooked they are.

The salesman, Tony O. was great and really did his best. But when the internet price and true walk out price are FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS different without TT&L it is not very honorable. Especially when there is a reconditioning fee of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ON ALL PREOWNED CARS!! One star for the salesman, ZERO STARS for integrity and the manager who all but refused to let us leave even when we had already been there 2 hours and we told him we had to leave to get our daughter.Not good at all!!!

Called ahead of time and asked if they had the specific car I was looking for and was told they had two on the lot. We drove all way across Houston to come look and it turns out they did not have those cars. After I brought this up we were told that calling their number did not take us to the dealer but to a third party who takes their calls. Instead of an apology for the misunderstanding they tried placing blame on said third party and tried to deny any responsibility.They tried their hardest to push a vehicle onto me which I did not want and when I showed no interest I was argued with and my education was insulted. This dealership has single handedly ended any trust I had with Nissan and I would urge anyone to show caution when dealing with South Houston Nissan.

I went to the dealership for some service messages my car was flashing. I was charged 200 dollars for absolutely no work on my car, they ran the diagnostic and there was nothing wrong with my car. They also made me wait 3 hours. When they returned my car, the service messages were still on my dashboard so they turn them off in the car in 2 minutes by just resetting them. I have no idea what they charged me for to this point. I am calling them back to complain

Matt was a great advisor. He helped me every step of the way and I was happy to have the service completed. I’ve had issues in the past with my car and had a great experience prior to so I was happy to know that this time was was better than before.

Frank was a huge help. I took my car in on a Thursday afternoon and was told it would be done early the following week but it was ready the next day! Awesome fast work!

Mat was helpful in getting us stress free financing options to be able to get our vehicle back from the service shop. He explained everything that was fixed & gave alternatives for what couldnt.

Rude lady at the front desk. Would not honor extended warranty. My car was running fine when I took it in . Now its not running as normal. Would not recommend going to this dealer. Poor service. People with attitudes. And who knows what they did to my car.

Amazing service from the minute we walked in the door. I had an idea of what I wanted walking in and Storm made sure to get me set up with his best sales guy Fadi. He sat down with me and took notes on what I was looking for and then found the perfect match. Process was quick after that with getting everything squared away with the financing department. Bought a certified used 18 Armada in December 2020. Sales people were very nice but very slow. Almost felt as if they were doing it intentionally to wear us down while negotiating. Failed to mention key fees and/or charges so once we were sent back to finalize everything the total number was NOT what we had agreed on. Also. I just got under the vehicle to look at my spare. Turns out theres a bunch of screws missing. A zip tie holding a piece of the bumper and a nail welded to the frame to support the tail pipe. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone I care about. I just hope I dont find they covered anything major or that can potentially be major
