Idk what kind of chemicals they use but they steamed the color off on the inside of my car. It’s clean but I am still disappointed.

I could not recommend them enough! Great work ethic, superior work, friendly representative, amazing service. I will never call on anyone else to do the interior of my Jeep again!I was transporting some gasoline in my Jeep and a bunch spilled on the seats. Dante and crew worked tirelessly to get the fumes and smell out. Gas smell is incredibly difficult to remove. After the first treatment there was a slight residual smell and Dante said if it doesnt fade in 2 days, Ill come by and run it again. 2 days later there was a hint of gas smell so I texted him. He came by and ran it again for no additional charge! I was super impressed throughout the whole process. Wish I knew about these guys after Harvey.Dante is going places, and I am glad to have met him. HIGHLY recommend!

Had chemical odor in my trunk.I was told it might take more then one treatment. After coming to my work I still had a lesser smell.I then took the car to their business and not only did they work on it until clean but actually paid my uber home....I was extremely impressed

My car was long overdue for some detail work. They did an amazing job getting all the stains out and left my car sparkling. The mobile service was great with communicating and they even offered to come back another day for free if I noticed any remaining stains. Will recommend to friends and continue to use their service!

I had a very unfortunate incident in which my cat decided to urinate in my car on the way to the vet. I tried different home remedies and even took my car to a local detail shop for a seat shampoo, but nothing was working. I happened upon 713 Steam from a Google search and saw that they offered specialty services. I took a chance and called them and was told that I could bring my car in that same day! I left it overnight to be treated and when I went to pick it up the next day, there was no urine odor whatsoever and my car finally smelled fresh and clean! They were 100% worth the drive from Pearland. Very professional and hardworking. I’ve already recommended to different friends and family members. Thank you!

They did an amazing job of getting the mold and mildew and smell out of our Mustang Convertible that had a leak.

Had extensive mold growth which we were not even aware of and moisture damage in car. Heavy residue on car hood and roof. Dropped the car off on Saturday not expecting much. Came to pick car up on Sunday and our jaws dropped. The car was in absolute pristine condition! Interior and exterior were spot clean, as if nothing ever happened. This place is pure magic. If you have any type of cleaning done for your car, it probably doesn’t get any better than this place. The price was very reasonable, honestly felt like a steal. 10/10

I went to 713 Steam before I traded in my vehicle, so I could get top dollar. I definitely got $1k over the estimate because the dealer said it was in great shape. I had multiple stains on my seats, pet hair in the carpets and dirt probably from a year ago. I appreciate their hard work and the quality they deliver for a great price. You won’t find anywhere that offers better value. The guys there are so nice which is just the cherry on top! I will be coming back.

Made an appointment online with a 3 hour window for them to arrive between 9A-12P. They were at my parking garage first thing in the morning at 9A. Great car detailing service and customer satisfaction is their number one priority. They worked hard and took their time getting everything right. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Wonderful job and great customer service! I love that they come to you, making it a super convenient experience. The car looked great, and when we were not totally satisfied with some parts of the cleaning, they were very accommodating and came out with no extra charges. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for auto detailing. It may seem costly, but remember that when you buy/rent the equipment and purchase all of the necessary cleaning equipment, it ends up being almost the same costs (plus your time), so it is worth it!

713 did a great job on my Tahoe, the bar clay really made the color pop! They sent two gentlemen that had a system down, very professional.

Shea did a great job coming to my home and cleaning and detailing my minivan. He used the steam treatment to clean the very light grey leather seats, and they look fantastic. The carpet looks new as he was able to get some stains that were at least 4 years old out. I’ve never had a claybar done on the paint but it’s smooth and shiny now. Very happy with the service and he is friendly and answered all my questions. I’ll never go to a chain style place for detail work again, from now on I’ll just call Shea. Thanks!

Sha was awesome. I told him about a problem I had with my windshield. Basically, I couldnt see out of my windshield at night when it rained. He knew exactly what to do and came to my location. He cleaned my windows, and then he asked me to follow-up with him. What he did worked. Now that was service.I highly recommend his car detailing services.

10/10 service! Very friendly and helpful. I had the Mold/Mildew removal service done and they did an awesome job restoring my carpet! I did get a little lost finding thier location on Rusk St., but they patiently talked me through where they are located.They offer a mobile service that comes to you for convienence that I will try out next time. I highly recommend this company and I will be a returning customer.

Customer service and the service itself was just amazing. I called last minute and got really lucky. The crew arrived within 20 minutes of me calling! This is the first company to restore my Alcantara steering back to like new on my c63. Every detail, crack, and crevice was spotless and the exterior was just immaculate. I saw a clear image of the grass reflecting off my car and it was vivid and green AF. Thank you so much!! They also have an Instagram page for vid footage of their awesome service.

Great car wash! Everything always works, and my car always ends up clean!

They offer a great service at a great price.....if they actually show up. I used them for some time and he showed up on time to clean my car a couple times and then he started missing appointments and offering free washes. Before he offered the free washes he missed 4 appointments. Washed my car once for free. Then missed the next 10 appointments after that while washing other peoples cars on Instagram over the course of 2-3 weeks. He had an excuse for not washing my car everytime he missed an appointment while I can see him on Instagram @713steam washing plenty of other customer cars he just didnt want to wash mine. He offers a good service but his service himself is trash. Completely unreliable and doesnt value anyones time but his own.
