From start to finish, the ServPro team was professional, friendly and respectful. Jeff came out to do an initial inspection to clean our duct work. He worked around my schedule and respected my time. He sent his crew out (RJ and Marcela) the very next day. They worked efficiently and were mindful of me working from home to accommodate them. They started at the back of the house and kept all the doors closed as to not disturb my work day, then did my office last to keep the disruption to a minimum. RJ and Marcela were personable and we were able to chat a little bit. They even put the grates back on the ducts that the HVAC repair company had left off and this was above and beyond. I highly recommend this company!
