Juan Contreras and his crews are prompt and respectful and go out of their way to help you save and get the best products possible. Had a busted water line at 2:00 in the morning and they were there within an hour of my call. Did an awesome job fixing the water leak and as soon as everything was dried, started the Re-Build right away.

This company is great! I had a big leak coming from my water heater in the attic, with water coming down my walls and thru my light fixtures onto my hardwood floors. This had affected several rooms. They were able to save my floors, but the ceilings in the rooms had to be replaced. So Tony and Juan were very professional, courteous and took care of everything from my home and also my insurance company. I highly recommend Houston Restore Pros to anyone!

Juan, Tony, and all the folks over at HRP were fantastic. They came out very soon after we called them and were responsive throughout the several weeks remediation and repair process. They remediated and repaired significant damage caused by a water leak in an interior bathroom that had spread into an adjacent pantry and through an adjacent room. We will definitely use their services again if ever needed.

We used this company for emergency water removal and repair. They came out at 2a.m. and went to work taking care of everything. Very professional and got everything done quickly. Also came back and did all the repairs. Went over and beyond. Top notch service!!! I would highly recommend them.

Great job Packing out , Okay job on tear out, would have been great if they didnt leave Nails in the complete 23 foot ceiling after removing drywall , but the worst is the paperwork that I have been Begging for so that I can get my money from Insurance, They tell me that they are too busy !

After accepting bids from nearly ten paint experts, Houston Restore Pros was the best choice to paint the interior of our home. Juan’s bid was competitive and there was no price-creep as the job progressed – what was quoted to us is what we paid. He discussed with us our needs and gave valuable suggestions. Throughout the project, his team was professional, courteous, and accommodating. They arrived each morning about 8:30 am and worked until 5:30 pm. The team took great care of our new flooring, taking great care to put down floor covering throughout each area of the home before beginning to paint.Prior to spray-painting our kitchen cabinets, they made a zippered cocoon with plastic drop cloths that covered each kitchen access point from ceiling to floor in order to protect our furnishings and to shield us from fumes overnight. The guys went above and beyond to honor each request we’d made of them. For instance, during the last couple days of the project, I saw Dennis, the team leader, completing each task that I’d asked of him days prior, whether it was installing all new door knobs throughout the home or patching up holes that I’d made in our walls years ago. The outcome is a beautifully painted interior of which we are very proud!The next home improvement project that we are planning to have Houston Restore Pros do is home exterior painting as well as additional woodwork in the interior. If we had to do this project again, we would choose Houston Restore Pros all over again. Houston Restore Pros came to our Company after a minor internal flood, brought in a plumber whom was poorly trained and overnight, they re-flooded our offices. Another Restoration company had to be hired to clean up their mess and damage.

This is the only people to use fro your restoration. They have been so professional. My house looks amazing. They worked so well with my insurance company. Made this horrible experience of water damage absolutely as pain free as possible. I hope I never need them again but if I ever need this service I will call no one but these guys.
